tools to help install stove, I guess

Wrong, unprofessional installation, not up to code

They did the following mistakes: - Forgot to install the back bracket (they did it after I check the manual and demanded they install it. It was in the box they had outside, hence if I would not notice, I would be having a missing part) - They DID NOT install an anti-flip bracket -> Safety Issue - During installation, they did not install a safety valve, did not followed the manufactured recommended way to plug the gas range. Even I fold them they it is not up to code, they just said it is ok, but it not.
