there is a good 2 inches gap between the range and my wall. I am always afraid of something falling behind the stove. I was told I had to have an anti-tip bracket installed on the stove and I went a long with it. I am not sure if this is the reason why there is a gap but I want to pull the stove out and get rid of it. My husband want to leave it and buy something to take up the gap-that is not the way it's suppose to be so I don't want to do that! Again when asked if I was satisfied with the install I like the men who did the work and I was excited with my new appliances and didn't notice the gap until they left. Be careful and check this is all I can say.

Contractors came and disagreed with what the website says is included with the service. Stated they do not: Connect to shut off valve pipe (1/2" pipe), an adapter must be in place for 3/8" line Unpack / setup any of the components that come boxed Test any of the operations of the stove Contractors did a great job on the delivery though and were very pleasant and professional. Rating is for the lack of clarity in the service description on website.

They installed it perfectly! They carefully brought up the large appliances on the second floor and was extra careful which I appreciated because my laminate floors were newly installed.

Excellent delivery of the new oven as well as the removal of the old. Unfortunately, installation was incomplete and required a second appointment.

I always get the installation when I purchase an appliance from Best Buy. They are way cheaper than a plumber or an electrician.

Initial 3rd party installation was not done completely as the unit wasn't level with my counter. However the Best Buy Geek Squad representative is working to make it right.

The installers came at the time they said they would.They were helpful.It was tight getting the stove through a narrow doorway,but they did a good job and got it done.

The first installers didn't have a clue on what to do . They literally were stayed in my house for less than 40 minutes and that inclided the time it took to bring the range in. The second installers were little to no help either. He promised to be back later on that evening once I purchase the part that we needed. He didn't show up but promised to be there the following day. He didn't call nor did he show up. The third installers were knowledgeable and did an excellent job. Raymond and Louise perform as I expected the first two should have.

The delivery and installation guys charged us for securing the unit to the wall, which was not done. Also, they installed the stove and left it tilting forward.... Their didn't adjust the front to the proper height

The value in this purchase was on point and the ease of use with the technological options make preparing meals a cinch.

The delivery guys showed up with out a level and did not know how to use my provided level.(I leveled stove) . They also did not install anti-tilt bracket and did not leave one for me to install.Geek Squad did send me a bracket ,which got installed yesterday when it arrived.Geek Squad also is sending a gift card for the inconvenience. Pacific Sales / Best Buy should provide better training or review the Contractor hiring process.
