    I had to reschedule the installation as the delivery+installation got cancelled without my negligence. Installation was quick and neat, I have it only for a day so far, so not much to comment! BestBuy installation guys did great job!

    On Nov 27, 2025, I made an online purchase from Best Buy of a LG Slide-In Gas Range, at what I thought was a good price. I also paid for them to haul away the old range and install the new one. I was told that a team would come on Saturday, Nov. 29 to do the work. They did, indeed, show up with the range, but told me that they couldn’t haul away the old one, nor could they install the new one because they didn’t know how. So, they put my recently purchased new range back on their truck and drove away. Then followed the NIGHTMARE of interaction with the Best Buy so-called “customer service” department, all the representatives of which were in India since the local store never answers their phone, but transfers all calls to the phone bank in India. After repeated phone calls and online live texts, and waiting on hold as long as 50 minutes, I finally managed to get the service rescheduled to Monday, Dec. 1. I made an in person visit to the local Best Buy store and was told that it looked like everything was set on my account, but they couldn’t tell me anything more than what they saw on their screen. The team again showed up with my range, brought it inside, set it down in its box in the kitchen, and told me that they couldn’t haul away my old range or install the new one because they did not have the skills to do so!! This was followed by multiple additional calls and texts to the people in India with many promises of fixing the situation; but nothing happened. I made a second in person visit to the local store and this time spoke with a manager who arranged another haul off/installation date for Thursday, Dec. 11. I took off another day from work to be at home to admit the installers, but received a call from the person they sent telling me that he couldn’t install the new range because he didn’t work with gas. So, a no show. Then came another series of phone calls with the people in India who rescheduled the installation and haul away yet again for Saturday, Dec. 13. Once again they cancelled and didn’t show, the FOURTH time!!! If possible I would give Best Buy customer service negative stars instead of just one. I am VERY unhappy with the shoddy treatment I have received from Best Buy and will never purchase anything from them again. I will now schedule installation and haul away with a third party not related to Best Buy and pay for it myself. Buyer beware!!

    My purchase of a new gas range included delivery, hook up and haul away of the old range as part of my Best Buy Geek Squad membership. The two man crew was careful and professional and did a great job from start to finish, including an overview of the range's features and functions.

    My new gas range install went very well. The delivery guys called twice before the delivery to keep me posted on their arrival. They came with everything needed for the installation of my new range. They cleaned up after themselves and removed my old range with no problems. Good job!

    Installation was done by a different company hired by Best buy to do delivery and installation. They did an awesome job of installation, leveling and making sure the range worked before they left but did not use the yellow smart choice I had ordered. Instead they used a cheaper gasline they had laying around in their truck. I don't appreciate paying for something I didn't receive. Because of this I am only giving 3 stars. I feel a bit ripped off to be honest so make sure you are receiving the exact items you paid for when having appliances installed by Best buy.

    Installation was very easy to schedule,reschedule and monitor. Notification and checklist items were easily accessed via the portal. Updates were timely and useful. Our technician was friendly and patient and did an excellent job with the installation.

    The installation was hindered by the installed gas line(the House) and the electric plug. The delivery people tried several times to move the stove closer to the back wall. We had to call a plumber to relocate the gas line he installed a recessed connection which helped ( 3 of the 4 inches) but we still need to get the stove back one more inch. I will be installing a recessed indoor plug the only spot on the back of the stove that stick out is where the plug is! Our luck. Note the delivery people did try to please us.

    Range was installed quickly and efficiently. The anti tip hardware was not installed. We asked for the hardware in case we need it at a later date. Installers should put booties on feet so as not to get dirt in the house.

    This new gas stove looks great in the kitchen. It ignites quickly and works very well and I really like the griddle in the middle.

    The installers did an excellent job, both removing the old appliance and installing the new one, including gas line. The foreman/crew leader and his helper were both very courteous and careful with installation, hauling away, etc. In fact, he was in charge (although this time with different helpers) of the installation of a Samsung gas range at our daughter/son-in-law's house today (11/17/17) and did an equally excellent job! I would highly recommend this delivery company and especially this crew!

    We received awesome service from Best Buy and their installers! They kept me up-to-date on when my delivery was coming. They got it set up less than 30 minutes, tested the gas line, gave me a tutorial and answered my many questions. They are awesome!
