These guys knew their stuff, gave me tips on the stuff they delivered even if they didn’t install it. Were clean with their boots and just overall nice guys.

The anti-tip hardware was not installed or left with me. I called the store and they made an appointment for a crew to come out ti install the anti-tip hardware installed. When the crew got to my house, but they did not have the anti-tip hardware. The crew told me they would advise the store to have them provide the anti-tip hardware. I have not heard anything from the store about getting the anti-tip hardware installed. I don't feel it is right for me to have to buy the anti-tip hardware after paying for the oven.

The delivery and installation team worked fast and made sure to explain everything. Very happy with the service.

Arrived On time after their call. They were organized had their work organized and were neat and clean. They were very courteous.

Geek Squad arrived on time and were very professional and personable. In addition to getting the job done, they answered my questions and were very friendly and courteous.

Gas stove delivered, but the guys claimed the hose couplings wouldn't fit the gas pipe and pipe would need to be changed. Had a gas plumber come next day, he said nothing wrong with coupling and installed stove. Rescheduled the install next Saturday. No show, no contact. Rescheduled for Wed. morning and took off work. They reviewed install and were gone in 20 minutes. Out my time and cost of gas plumber.

Range needed to be converted to propane and a team was sent out to do the propane conversion and install that were not trained for the conversion. I had to wait an additional 10 days to get the correct team to come out.

I did not hesitate when Best Buy sales representative ask if I needed installation for my gas range! I immediately answered yes!

It was a dented and we bought it for a great price. We really like the steam cleaning oven feature/. The installation was fast and professional very nice installers.

Geek squad could not initially install range because there was no gas line shut off. They returned and promptly installed once we secured a plumber to install shut off.

Friendly staff. Gas hookup was the wrong size so I had a plumber fix it.
