    The anti-tip hardware was not installed or left with me. I called the store and they made an appointment for a crew to come out ti install the anti-tip hardware installed. When the crew got to my house, but they did not have the anti-tip hardware. The crew told me they would advise the store to have them provide the anti-tip hardware. I have not heard anything from the store about getting the anti-tip hardware installed. I don't feel it is right for me to have to buy the anti-tip hardware after paying for the oven.

    I did not hesitate when Best Buy sales representative ask if I needed installation for my gas range! I immediately answered yes!

    These guys knew their stuff, gave me tips on the stuff they delivered even if they didn’t install it. Were clean with their boots and just overall nice guys.

    They guys were great and even moved our old stove to our garage. We did a trash pick up for it instead of the $25 removal fee.

    It was a dented and we bought it for a great price. We really like the steam cleaning oven feature/. The installation was fast and professional very nice installers.

    I never saw these tools as they were used by the installers. They took the tools with them, so I can't judge their quality.
