    I highly recommend letting Best Buy install away yourproducts. Their staff is always extremely,friendly, fast and professional!

    Range needed to be converted to propane and a team was sent out to do the propane conversion and install that were not trained for the conversion. I had to wait an additional 10 days to get the correct team to come out.

    Geek squad could not initially install range because there was no gas line shut off. They returned and promptly installed once we secured a plumber to install shut off.

    Ring doorbell was installed, but it does not ring inside my home. I bought a hardwire battery Ring Doorbell. I am not able to reach customer service to troubleshoot, disappointing.

    I was not happy with the installation of my new gas range. The installer did not inspect to see if there was any gas leak after connecting it. They seemed to be in a rush to finish without making sure the gas range was properly installed and functional. It turned out the gas range had a defective front door and I had to call Best Buy to request a replacement an hour after the installer left my house. I wish Best Buy would train these independent contractors that they hire to do these installations so they are more familiar with each unit Best Buy sells.
