    The young men were timely, professional, and knew what they wer doing. They set up the range fast and removed the old one.

    Delivery team came out and removed all 4 appliances and installed 4 appliances in under an hour. They were professional, clean, and quick!

    I was not happy with the installation of my new gas range. The installer did not inspect to see if there was any gas leak after connecting it. They seemed to be in a rush to finish without making sure the gas range was properly installed and functional. It turned out the gas range had a defective front door and I had to call Best Buy to request a replacement an hour after the installer left my house. I wish Best Buy would train these independent contractors that they hire to do these installations so they are more familiar with each unit Best Buy sells.

    The gentlemen that delivered my stove secured it to the stove so it would not topple over. They made sure they followed the guidelines of the requirement.

    They installed my new stove in a timely manner but didn’t remove a plastic tape inside the door. Looks like some forgot to take it off inside the glass door.
