The good news is that they showed up and delivered the oven, the bad news is that they said the new hose didn’t fit our gas line so they just left the oven in the middle of the kitchen and took off. They did absolutely nothing to help solve the problem. P.S. they did take the old oven, so that’s good too.

Helped the delivery guys to install my new oven. It went in and I haven't needed to think about it since.

If I could, I was give No Stars or Negative Stars for the guys sent out to deliver and install my purchased oven. Not happy with the service. There was no service. I had to call another company to install my oven purchased from Best Buy. The delivery people Best Buy sent out did not install my oven. The contractor I called to complete the incomplete job by the delivery people Best Buy sent out, stated he was perplexed as to why the guys Best Buy sent out couldn’t hook up the oven. It was such an easy job. Were they lazy or they just didn’t know how to hook the hose to the valve? I replied, “I’m quite perplexed myself.”

Nov 2019 It took 3 gas range to have one that wasn’t damage at all, Best Buy needs to do a better job with their 3rd party supplies who are contracted to make the delivery. That’s where the problems are at with the warehouse.

The two guys that helped install my stove did a great job and made sure that everything was done according to safety and customer standards! I would highly reccomend!

Took over a month for the product to arrive, but the 2nd set of folks that came to install were very effective and courteous.

This is an excellent value especially if you have total tech, in which case it is a no extra charge item.

The installation team was careful while moving the ranges in and out of my house to not damage anything. They connected the new range and installed the tip bracket.

I have had several appliances installed from Best Buy, and this is the first time I've had a less than great experience. The installer left and extra piece to my gas stove and told me it was "probably safe" but that I needed to call a plumber and that they'd for some reason know what they needed to do (they didn't, but figured it out). Also, a little pet peeve, my stove had been plugged in hidden inside a cabinet, and when they plugged the new one in, they plugged it in on top the counters where the cord showed. I was happy with previous installations by Best Buy, but this one was disappointing.

Quit install and test. Cleaned up all packaging and made sure everything was as it should be. Great job.
