    The guys that brought the range to my house did a great job installing it, unfortunately the warehouse had dented both sides of the range when they loaded it onto the truck.

    We had to get a replacement for a gas range that was leaking gas. When the installers arrived, the first thing they did was to try to accuse us of installing the first range incorrectly. However, the first range was also installed by Best Buy. When they pulled the original range out and reinstalled the new one, they did not lay down any floor protection, which was done by the original installers. These guys did not seem to care about scratching our new floors. This install was very disappointing and unprofessional.

    Ordered product with installation but due to error by Best Buy, it was delayed twice. Since installers only work on Wednesday in the area, I finally got refund and hired someone else to install.
