Feels Like Extortion

Wouldn't you know they happened to have a valve they would install for $80 extra.. (for a $10 valve)

Team was nice, but damaged my countertop

They weren't detail oriented enough to level the stove properly before sliding into cabinet space, leaving huge scrapes on my granite countertops. They are hidden under the lip of my new stove, but this should have never happened. Not what I expect for professional installation. They also did not install the anti-tip bracket, forcing me to have to reinstall the stove myself for the safety of my children.
