The installers were friendly and very quick once they brought in the stove. They cleaned up everything before leaving and I appreciated that.

Warehouse hammered the first unit we purchased. The second unit went in and they put in extra effort to hook up a gas line that apparently was designed for gas dryer ???? They only mistake was they didn't use enough Teflon tape the seal the line into the range causing a gas leak. With the shutdown due to the virus they wouldn't send out a tech in spite of their liability. We called the gas company to confirm we had a gas leak and they shut down our service. Had to call out a plumber to fix their mistake. Next time I'll probably use an appliance store.

The installers were on time, quick and efficient, and given the relatively low cost of this install, I would say that it is well worth it.

They set it up and told me that it needed to run for 30 minutes to burn off the protective coating, which they did for me.
