Stove Installation
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I purchased the range, the clerk didn't know that delivery of a gas range doesn't include installation. I called Best Buy the day after I purchased the range to inquire about installation and paid for the service. So...the range was delivered on a Friday and the next day was installed. The installation technician told me that the range should have been installed with delivery. The installation tech insisted on connecting the electrical cord running from the range to a strip because he said he couldn't plug the cord into the wall. He said an electrician will have to be hired to work on wiring to the electrical outlet behind the stove. I'm not pleased with the notion of having to pay for an electrician since the wiring was suitable with the previous gas stove. The old stove was hauled away. I discovered a few days ago that several of the stove grates belonging to the previous stove were laying on the curb by the sidewalk in front of my house.
