Really quick and efficient installation! Would recommend

Installers were very careful in handling our new slide in range. They made sure all the parts were there and inspected them for flaws. They used the in place oven tipping preventer which stuck out a little further than the one provided with the oven. It prevented the range from sliding back as far as possible. However there was already some restriction due to the way the gas line was originally installed. In any case it worked out as upon getting an additional piece of granite installed behind the unit it looks nice but just sticks out a little from the base cabinets.

The installers arrived within the appointment window and did a good job of removing the old range. The installation went okay until they were not able to push the range all the way in like the old range. this was due to the existing gas extension and the distance it extended from the wall. On the back of the old range there was a cutout to accommodate this but not on the new range. I needed the range and agreed to leave it installed. I would have liked the installers to offer a solution rather than a shrug with no options in mind. If you do order the installation services from Best Buy, keep in mind that it is for a "basic" install and they may not be able to accommodate any "special" situation.

Fast, professional installation. Thanks guys! They were on time, got the new stove in quickly, hooked up the gas line, moved out the old stove, and I was ready to cook. Thank you to my Best Buy Total Protection for the free installation and removal. Had to pay some small service fees due to the gas line, but otherwise, saved enough to pay for another year of Total Protection.

The installation went rather disappointingly. This was my first time buying a large appliance, and I won't buy my next ones from Best Buy. The good: Delivery guys were on time and removed old range/installed new range very quickly. They were careful about taking them up/down the stairs which I really appreciated. The not good: 1) Although I asked "did you guys level it?" before they left and they said "yes", it was definitely not level (half an inch off side to side!). We had to get another crew out to level it a week later. 2) They totally missed a part! This is pretty annoying - it's the rear trim piece that ensures no huge gap between the slide-in range and the back wall. I called an hour after they left when I was reading the installation instructions and realized it was missing. They said they never saw it. It's been a total pain to get this piece and it's almost a month later now. $3000 range and it's missing required parts. The installation crews don't care much about customer satisfaction and are independent folks contracted by Best Buy. I won't buy appliances here again.

Jose Divas’ team were very careful bringing in the new oven. He took the time to answer any questions I had about the new appliance. He was very thorough with making sure everything worked properly and that I was satisfied as I had a problem with a previous oven order. They were quick yet efficient and attended to detail

I did not install the gas cable line or use this product. I don't know what they did with it after installing. I'll check the warranty package.

THE GUYS THEY SENT TO DELIVER STOVE(GEEK SQUAD) TRIED TO HOOK GAS LINE TO WRONG HOOK UP ON BACK OF STOVE. SAID THAT BEST BUY WOULD HAVE TO SEND A NEW STOVE BECAUSE THEY SENT A METRIC STOVE THAT SHOULD BE SENT OVER SEAS. WHEN THEY SENT A NEW STOVE THE GUY DICOVERED THAT THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG THEY HAD JUST TRIED TO HOOK IT UP WRONG. WE WE WITHOUT A STOVE FOR 7 DAYS. NOT HAPPY

They were quick and showed me how to use it. Tested it and cleaned up any mess

Great installers who were very professional, respectful of my home and clean installation.

The two-man team of Mark and Jorge were amazing. Not only did they remove my old oven down a flight and a half of stairs, but they also brought my new one up and installed it. They did all of that in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend Mark and Jorge for an installation.

Best buy installation for Gas Range was excellent. They kept me informed before they arrived and they arrived on the promised date/time. Installers were very friendly, got the new appliance installed, tested for any gas leaks, installed the no-trip bracket, and showed us some of the features of the oven.
