This stove was installed 7 days after purchase by extremely careful installers, one highly experienced, the other - although newer to the job, but worked with the same high standards. Both were careful, professional, helpful and installed my stove with expertise and ease.

They installed my appliances them claimed i did not have a shut off valve. the also said they could give me someone to install the valve. i have the insurance with center point and had them take a look and the valve was there. it felt like a con

The delivery/installers were very polite and informative. I have no complaints. They even allowed me enough free time to clean the floor from under the old stove before installing the new one. They respected the property and were very pleasant. Since the oven has been working, I assume they knew what they were doing. I was pleased that they took Covid precautions.

Best Buy sold the range and I paid to have it installed. They schedule a delivery date, come and refuse to connect. Same as my dishwasher that replaced, older home needs to done by a plumber. They wanting to leave the new range with me, and the old one. I said no they took the new one back. I call a plumber to disconnect and put new gasoline in. He breaks my ovens gas connection trying to disconnect, now I have a broken oven. 2 weeks later Best Buy installs oven!

The techs who installed our gas range were prompt, very thorough, and made sure all burners and oven were working perfectly. All packaging materials were removed also. Always reliable service by the Geek Squad.

The installers were awesome, very accommodating and friendly and the installation went smoothly and they cleaned up and took everything with them and left my place immaculate. :-)

My new Gas Range was installed with no problems, the Best Buy Delivery was with Installation, and everything was done properly and up to code, A new gas line was also installed. I was given a quick course on how to operate the range, it works great and I don't smell any gas, so I would assume that the Install was don't properly. Thanks For doing such a good and clean job.

We love our new gas range. This has the two oven option which we love. Wasn't sold on it at the store, but at home works like a charm. We have used it many times separate oven temperatures separate times and works like a charm.

On the day of a arrival we received a phone call when they were about to arrive. We were surprised to see four workers show up all of them were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were very respectful of the home. They showed us how to use some of the features on the range. The service was quick and friendly. They removed all boxes and cleaned up any mess that was made while setting up. Best delivery and installation service I have ever experienced.

We had to have an installer return, in order to install the non-tip bracket on our stove. When it was initially delivered, the bracket wasn't with the packaging. They arrived, earlier than they had said, but were sure to call, to confirm that this would be alright. They performed the install quickly, quietly and cleaned up afterwards. They were very polite and nice to talk to. A good team!

The first two ranges were damaged and sent back. The third time Was the charm. The install went well and quick

Installers were very careful in handling our new slide in range. They made sure all the parts were there and inspected them for flaws. They used the in place oven tipping preventer which stuck out a little further than the one provided with the oven. It prevented the range from sliding back as far as possible. However there was already some restriction due to the way the gas line was originally installed. In any case it worked out as upon getting an additional piece of granite installed behind the unit it looks nice but just sticks out a little from the base cabinets.
