    Stove arrived with an adjustable foot missing. Installer told us he would make a note of it for replacement. He did not. We didn't hear back. Now we have spent two hours on hold and on the phone with best buy and GE to replace the part and our stove is still lopsided.

    The people who delivered the Samsung Flex Duo gas range decided that the existing gas shut off valve to the range was defective and so they wouldn't disconnect the old range and connect the new one. So called the gas company and they said there is absolutely nothing wrong with it. Wasted $100 that way, Best buy installers came again to install the stove and decided that they cannot install the new stove because of copper tubing. They would do the connection only to iron tubing. This time I asked them to leave the new stove in the kitchen so that the gas company can install it. So called the gas company to come out again and they installed it and I paid out another $125.00. This whole incident was very disheartening. Best Buy should reimburse me the $225 that I paid out for installation.
