    Love best buy but this delivery and set up was so unprofessional it made me rethink if they even care who they hire to do professional installation. Nothing but excuses why they couldn't complete the task. They did nothing so I had to do it all. I guess I saved money that I had to go get back wasting my time but I wanted a Professional to set up my gas range.... Then put a dent in the side of the fridge trying to bring it in rather than just going thru the back Then with my appliances in the street and rain on the way they sat on the back of the truck talking till it started raining then decided they should bring them in. 2 young men that did not care about the job I paid them to do and all best buy did was give me a small credit like I waited 6 months to buy a scratch and dent item. Only good experiences with best buy for 30 years till now. But this experience will probably look elsewhere in the future. And next time I will be home to supervise as when I am home we never seem to have any issues? Maybe because it was a woman they could do what ever they want and bully her?

    The guys who delivered our stove were unable to install it - they said we didn’t have the right valve or something- we had to get a refund and hire a plumber to come and install it
