    We purchased a fridge dishwasher microwave and stove for our brand new house so This was the first stove ever installed, the only way the gas line could have been damaged. A couple days After the installation my wife started complaining of a headache and she thought she could smell gas, and It only seemed to get stronger so while I was on a hunting trip, she thankfully trusted her intuition and called the gas company… they came out and said the line was cracked and confirmed the leak. He tagged it and said to contact Best Buy again to fix it. No one was available for two weeks and once they finally did come they asked to use the Windex & said the stove needed to be replaced (even though it was brand new) well we had already been A month without a stove and could not wait another two weeks so I hired a company, who came the following day and fixed the cracked gas line in the wall. The stove was fine.

    They wouldnt install it and had rules about the installation that they didnt share with me until they arrived. I ended up doing it my self. A complete waste of money. I will never buy an appliance from Best Buy again.
