I was a quick job and thanks for the great customer service.

Previous Gas Ranger at this place is installed by BestBuy. I have been charged an additional $$ for meeting city code and compliance. This is fine. When the new ranger guys arrived, they told the tenants that the owner (I) have not ordered the spares to hook up, and without calling me, they disconnected and took the old ranger. People have to suffer for almost a week. I have to spend another $250 dollars out of my pocket for a contractor first to go and find what spare part he would need and then to go and buy the spare and hook it up to the gas line. I did not receive any follow-up call from BestBuy not have any clue what part was missing to order it from BestBuy, very poor service. I had a hard time believing this was the BestBuy in the United States, and I had a different experience a few years back. Did the previous installations were done against the city code? I would give a -ve star for this installation.

The install went smoothly. That doesnt always happen with best buy!

They are not easy to get in touch. Not sure when they can come sometimes they don’t respond in time

purchssed a gas stove. When uninstalling existing range Installer had to make a call and ask someone which which way to turn the gas nozzle to turn off. Then they indicated that the gas cable was too tight and they couldn't disconnect and they said it was stripped Both installers tried. I was told the gas company needs to come out. When the gas company tried it took 10 seconds - the installers were turning it he wrong way. I returned range. The appliance manager and staff were very very helpful nice and sympathetic. Customer support called afterwards and refunded cost for gas company visit and the electrician (another story). It's because of them I will continue to shop at Best Buy. I would recommend buying an appliance from Best Buy BUT if you need it installed please check on who will be performing the installation

I originally thought installation was great until I smelled GAS. I called ATMOS Energy and they came out and tested the connection. The tech shut the gas off and said it needed to be re-installed as it wasn't done right. I called BB and it was going to be 5 days before they could come out. I called a plumber I know and he came out today. He said the Best Buy installer didn't thread the valve correctly and threaded it with tape...that's where the gas was leaking. He also put some sort of putty down at the connection on the stove. In simple terms, he almost killed us. We could have blown up! The young man who did our installation was very nice...but when we're talking about gas, nice isn't enough - you have to know what you are doing.

The same installers installed my dishwasher. Very nice guys.
