Technician was on time, friendly and answered any questions I may have had.

Awful experience. Difficulty arranging delivery, missed delivery date. Showed up rang the doorbell and left before we could answer the door. I had to reschedule for a third time. Finally received delivery and they damaged the range. Left before I could confront them with the issue. Customer service was of little help to us on the phone. We probably won't have another appliance delivery from Best Buy because of this.

To our surprise, after waiting a month to get the oven delivered, we were not even notified ahead of time to confirm the delivery. We had to do this ourselves. They did show but didn't install because they said we need a plumber to change out the gas connection to the house and that ours wasn't up to code. It is interesting that they tell you that you have to buy a new gas line, etc. but don't even mention the potential need to verify the connection prior to delivery and install. We had a month to get this done had we been aware. The upshot is the new oven was left sitting in the dining room and it is now on us to get someone out to fix and reschedule. Not sure if we are going to be charged again but this is extremely irritating and, to add to the insult, we were not even contacted about the issue and we had to hear it from the renters who really didn't understand. Not sure where this goes from here but will really be shy about using these services again!

When the range was delivered and being prepared for installation the installer said ours was a non-standard installation and they would not be able to install. The guy was very nice about it and BB did credit the amount for the install. I am the son of a Sears appliance repairman so was easily able to "standardize" the installation and completed it myself.
