    Delivered but not level. Also i don't know if adjusting burners is part of gas hook up and delivery. But all burners were on hi even if turning to lowest setting. Also 1 leg was almost off, missing 1 screw, i actually found on floor . AND THE STOVE HAS A BROILER, NO BROILER PAN I DON'T RECOMMEND AMANA RANGES

    First the installer did not leave me a message or text me with an ETA before he arrived. I called customer service earlier in the morning to get an ETA and he said the installer will call me. I asked him to adjust the height to match the counter height. He said it is the highest it can go. After he left, I checked the wheel setting and it was at the lowest point and I was able to raise it a half an inch to match the counter height. Lastly he did not push the oven all the way in and left a 2 inch gap in the back. He claimed that the gas valve was sticking out the wall and was in the way. When I checked, it was the new gas line that was in the way and was not tucked underneath the well in the back of the oven. I had to reroute the flexible gas line to be tucked under the stove and pushed the range up against the wall.
