Don't know what they are doing

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Installer took the anti tip bracket already installed and failed to install a new one so I now have a safety hazard where the stove will tip over if I pull out the rack with food on it. I have tried twice to fix this and still no bracket. I would give a zero stars!!!!!!

Worst customer service...ever...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Stove #1 was installed and only worked for a day and of course it's the week before Thanksgiving. Called Best Buy in a panic to have stove replaced. Was promised delivery, received robocalls and emails for deliveries on several different days but, long story short, stove #2 didn't show for a week and a half! Lied to about days and times, hung up on multiple times when trying to get information. When stove #2 finally came guys didn't know they were to install and take stove #1. Our plumber wound up installing our stove but come to find that stove #1 had incorrect size supply line, amongst other things. Went to store to make them aware of how horrible this whole ordeal had been since when trying to call anyone, we were either transferred all over or hung up on. We were promised that someone higher up the chain would contact us. 2 weeks later, no call...thinking our business isn't values so much.
