The gas pipe on my old stove was out from the wall about 4 inches. The new oven has no space for this, so I had to pay another $50 and wait 5 days for a plumber to redo the gas pipe and install, which was supposed to be free. All they did was deliver it. Be careful with such issues. Oh, they also came 3 hours late.

Disappointed in the installation process. The guy brought the oven in and then since our freshly installed gas line was protruding out, he just left the oven pushed halfway in, left the gas line on the counter, and did not install the anti-tip bracket. he just told me to call the company that installed the gas line and take the gas line we purchased through our installation back to the store for a refund. He didn't really offer any help or assistance, just kind of punted the problem and went on his way. And when I contacted customer service, I was unable to get a partial refund for the cost of installation. They only offered to send someone out to install the anti-tip bracket, and I still need to take the gas line back to the store... just kind of a pain for $50+ of "installation" fees.

The product is great, the delivery horrible. This is my third contact with Best buy. No response. The first crew left the product unpackaged until I had a larger hole drilled for the gas hose. Prev hose was 1/2". They said new hoses have to be 3/4". That weekend found a contractor to so do for $80. Had to reschedule hookup. Second crew immediately and professionally hooked it up with a 1/2" gas hose. I alerted them to the need for the larger hose. They referred me to the owner's manual which allows for 1/2" hose. I asked them to use the larger hose since it was there. They showed me that it was not long enough. So the first crew didn't have the right equipment and to their supervisor that I wasn't ready for hookup. I would be happy with a store credit for the unnecessary contractor work.

Fuel on burner is not was strong as I wish The bottom oven is a little close to ground

The workers were extremely nice and they carried in the new stove but they couldn’t install it they didn’t have the right part! So in the end I got my money back but had to find someone else to install my stove luckily my dad and myself were able to do it!

Definitely didn't want to be messing round with gas
