Hire a professional instead

This was even though I had purchased the install kit. After asking to borrow tools, they told me to go buy a fitting myself and reschedule. I refused delivery and tried to cancel the order. Over the course of 2 days, I spent hours on the phone trying to cancel the order. Keep in mind the range was never even dropped off. They couldn't cancel the order. Out of frustration, I rescheduled for them to drop it off and had a professional come install it. The day after I rescheduled, they called me to cancel the order. Worst service I've ever had. Save yourself the headache and find a professional to install. They are not.
