Took pic and didn’t even realize what they had did and continued to show my mom how it works and then left.

No adatter delayed installation

Gas range instalation

So I had to do it myself and as my first experience I was able to do it perfectly. I am waiting for installation fee to be returned to my card. BTW, I appreciate them because they delivered my item perfectly and picked up broken one.

Never buy from best buy ever again

We had an insurance claim for damages done. Be careful using best buy's third party contracted out delivery installer, they can literally come in your house, destroy things and their insurance company will not pay for damages and Best Buy will not help either. We will never buy from best buy again due to this experience.

Terrible install experience

When the guy came to install it he said I had the wrong connection. He said he would install it but it wasn't a very good idea. What did I know? I sent him away while I researched the right thing to do. He was full of bs. He just didn't feel like installing it. Then I had to contact Best Buy several times before I could get someone to reinstall it. So frustrating. I won't buy another appliance that needs installing from Best Buy.

The oven on the range that I purchased from Best Buy has never worked. The entire range needs to be repaired or replaced immediately. I have been without a working oven for 6 weeks. The delivery tech who visited my home on October 1 said that it was no issue with the oven, which we already knew. He thought the range should be replaced and was on hold with Best Buy on the way to his next appointment. He said that someone would call be directly. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THIS CALL! PLEASE REPAIR OR REPLACE MY RANGE!

Disastrous Experience at Home Depot with Appliance

The "white-glove" installers had little to no idea of how to install the purchased range and could not install the range close to the wall (there was a 3" gap). After numerous calls, transfers, speaking to individuals with roosters crowing in the background, I finally got help installing the range correctly. The range then malfunctioned with a broken fan. The replacement range took awhile to arrive and was installed properly.

Quick installation

He also forgot to leave it with me. And, one month later Best Buy has not refunded the gas line.

Then after calling daily for a week, the installer was scheduled to return 8/11. Despite being told twice that the installers were on their way.. no one showed up....or called to let me know they werent coming. After several calls, being disconnected, and waiting on hold for more than 2.5 hours cumulatively, i was told its too late to help me and I need to call back tomorrow. For your own sanity and time buy somewhere else!

Poor installation attempt

Then the installation team took the gas line with them…leaving little option than to hire a professional to install a newly purchased gas line.

Installation Service FAIL

So BestBuy sets up the Install team to arrive and install my 4 appliances, BEFORE the Delivery team, by about 2 hours. The Install team then cancels, as there is nothing to install. The Install team then "re-schedules" the install for 10 days later. SHOULD have recognized the totall FAIL, and gotten another team over there ASAP, instead of keeping me waiting for another week and a half.
