    Guys who came for installation were not professional and couldn't do the job. So I had to do it myself and as my first experience I was able to do it perfectly. I am waiting for installation fee to be returned to my card. BTW, I appreciate them because they delivered my item perfectly and picked up broken one.

    They had issues with the gas line preventing the stove from going in. The reply was this is all we can do. You almost got the stove back, since my wife was extremely unhappy with where the stove sitting 2 inches from the wall. I stepped in to show them the gas line could be pushed down and it just moved out of the way, causing the stove to move all the way back. Then they dropped the old stove and broke the glass door. Their cleanup was to sweep it into the grass. I can’t wait to see if mowing will spread glass into the air. These guys were bad.

    The gentleman who installed this placed an old knob from stove that my mom owned that they removed. Took pic and didn’t even realize what they had did and continued to show my mom how it works and then left.

    Hose did not have adapter to fit gas line .had to purchase and then reschedule installation.Was told it was my responsibility and seller did not ask me or tell me I would have to do that

    First team that installed our range did a terrible job, literally worst experience I've ever had with a delivery crew. We had an insurance claim for damages done. Be careful using best buy's third party contracted out delivery installer, they can literally come in your house, destroy things and their insurance company will not pay for damages and Best Buy will not help either. We will never buy from best buy again due to this experience.

    THEY DID NOT HAVE A LEVEL TO LEVEL THE STOVE AND DID NOT LEAVE ANY INSTUCTION BOOKLET OR BUYERS GUID. THEY JUST HOOKE UP THE GAS AND LEFT.

    This order was not intended to be service, it was repair. The oven on the range that I purchased from Best Buy has never worked. The entire range needs to be repaired or replaced immediately. I have been without a working oven for 6 weeks. The delivery tech who visited my home on October 1 said that it was no issue with the oven, which we already knew. He thought the range should be replaced and was on hold with Best Buy on the way to his next appointment. He said that someone would call be directly. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THIS CALL! PLEASE REPAIR OR REPLACE MY RANGE!

    I had converted from electric to gas for this new oven. When the guy came to install it he said I had the wrong connection. He said he would install it but it wasn't a very good idea. What did I know? I sent him away while I researched the right thing to do. He was full of bs. He just didn't feel like installing it. Then I had to contact Best Buy several times before I could get someone to reinstall it. So frustrating. I won't buy another appliance that needs installing from Best Buy.

    Disastrous Experience at Home Depot with Appliance

    The first time the range was installed, a gas leak was created which was confirmed and fixed by the gas company. The "white-glove" installers had little to no idea of how to install the purchased range and could not install the range close to the wall (there was a 3" gap). After numerous calls, transfers, speaking to individuals with roosters crowing in the background, I finally got help installing the range correctly. The range then malfunctioned with a broken fan. The replacement range took awhile to arrive and was installed properly.

    The only reason for 2 stars is because everything worked. The low rating is with the actual installers themselves. Very rude. Very rushed. Didn't explain anything. Not professional at all.

    Had to have an electrician install for me as the installers were perplexed by the gas line. Then the installation team took the gas line with them…leaving little option than to hire a professional to install a newly purchased gas line.

    The installer was was very rude and didn’t remove my stove to be relocated as I purchased. Not happy with the installation. He didn’t put my stove back in properly.

    While the installation went fairly quickly, the service technician failed to swap out the gas line. He also forgot to leave it with me. And, one month later Best Buy has not refunded the gas line.

    Item still has not been delivered, originally suppose it be delivered 12/29. A tree fell on delivery truck, was rescheduled for today 1/2 and have heard nothing. Called and they have to look into it. Very disappointed with service.

    Paid for an install of gas range. I expressed a concern about a gas smell and was told to run two cycles which i did. Smell continued so I had to pay someone to come out who had to fix the hook up as it was not done correctly!

    Installer removed my old range before he took the new range off the truck & looked at it. Just brought it in & installed a damaged range. When I complained he said, call the service department.
