Associates that came to install and delivered they were not friendly. They ask if I would like for them to take the old gas range and I told them no. Then in 5 minutes I told that would be fine and he was so rude that he said I’m not taking you’re junk

BestBuy Delivery and Installation are 2 separate services.
So BestBuy sets up the Install team to arrive and install my 4 appliances, BEFORE the Delivery team, by about 2 hours. The Install team then cancels, as there is nothing to install. The Install team then "re-schedules" the install for 10 days later. SHOULD have recognized the totall FAIL, and gotten another team over there ASAP, instead of keeping me waiting for another week and a half.

Terrible service. Failed to have necessary parts on 7/30. Then after calling daily for a week, the installer was scheduled to return 8/11. Despite being told twice that the installers were on their way.. no one showed up....or called to let me know they werent coming. After several calls, being disconnected, and waiting on hold for more than 2.5 hours cumulatively, i was told its too late to help me and I need to call back tomorrow. For your own sanity and time buy somewhere else!

The guys wanted to cancel delivery due to the road behind my house being paved, it has nothing to do with getting to my house. They did not come at their scheduled time.

Thisbservice paid for states the installers would level, and secure this item to the floor. None of this was done. If I knew all they were going to do was install the line and line it up, I would have had them leave it at the door and done it all myself. I left a complaint and never heard back anything from best buy. I reccomend, paying for delivery and skipping the install to save yourself the extra cash. Best Buy, I still have not heard back from you guys.

Installation was very poor I bought this range on a Sunday and it was to be delivered on the next Saturday, Well I waited no delivery so I called they said they scheduled the delivery but not the install so I made a new date for the following Tuesday again no show and they even didn't call so I called they said they couldn't find it so i made one final attempt to have it delivered on the following Saturday and they finally showed up late then one installer couldn't undo the gas ling he was turning it the wrong way so I had to show him how to turn it the right way.

Stove was delivered damaged then returned. They came out with new stove but didn’t have LP conversations. They came back two more times without kit. 5th time the guy said it has to have steel gas line. Canceled stove purchase. Bought same stove from Home Depot. Delivered and installed no problem. I have always been a big time customer but not anymore. I have never been so disappointed by any company let alone one I loved. By the way, Lp kit came standard with stove all along.

I ordered a Samsung range with installation from Best Buy because they were ready to deliver and install in 3 days. Unfortunately due to various mistakes by Best Buy the installation got cancelled twice for two weeks and later I decided to just return the range because of getting frustrated.
I have decided to not buy anything from Best Buy after hearing similar experiences from my friends.

Possibly the worst consumer experience I've ever had. BestBuy delivered a damaged appliance not once but TWICE! No one at BestBuy would take responsibility for the poor service. I would rate BestBuy ZERO stars if I could. I won't shop there again.

You are given a five hour window for the installation but you don’t know the window until the night before the installation date. Additionally, the website best buy has set up re: the installation doesn’t give you updates on where you are in the queue.

Installer caused a gas leak and claimed it was due to an old cutoff valve. Was no leak until he broke a connection loose and did not know enough to tighten it. Verbally abusive and left. Had to pay a plumber to correct the leak and install the stove.

The gas range delivery was scheduled from 7AM to 1PM. However, it was delivered at 4 PM. That means that I waited for 9 hours for this delivery. The technician did not install gas range properly and there was a slow leak at the connection of the pipeline cable to the gas range which was not apparent until couple days later when we smelled gas. We called the Best Buy service. Another technicians came and properly connected the gas pipeline cable. The whole experience was dangerous and scary.

They promised when I bought it to install in on Saturday. Then a couple days after I paid, with no warning, they changed the date to the following Saturday. I called to complain. I was put on hold for 43 minutes!! Finally the service representative said I'd get a gift card for compensation for having to wait. Well needless to say, I NEVER got a gift card. I was also NOT impressed with the guys who installed it. They were in a HUGE rush and wouldn't answer ANY questions I had!

You are not getting a certified Best Buy installation. They contract the delivery and you get best effort on the install. The contractor would not installed the anti-tip brackets and broke the gas shutoff valve where the gas line from the stove connects to my home. Two months later I am still sitting here with a broken gas valve waiting on some 3rd party insurance company to investigate the claim. All around an unpleasant experience.

The stove was ever !eveled when installed. The installer asked me for dish detergent to check for gas leaks I didn't have any, so he sad I don't smell anything and pushed it into place. Not impressed with the installers.

Installers were sullen and unfriendly. Initially refused to install the range because there wasn't an adapter on a new gas line. I was not aware it was needed. Fortunately my contractor was here and ran to the hardware store to get one. I had to talk the installers to wait (they still had a refrigerator to install at this location. To top it off, one of the installers sent me to their truck to fetch the other one to come back and work. Range was finally successfully installed.

After waiting 9 weeks, on the day of delivery, the delivery crew said they are not authorized to install and they do not have the gas line I purchased. I showed them on my order I paid extra for installation & for the gas line. I called Best Buy and they sent a different installation crew out 5 days later. Unfortunately they were from the same company. They arrived without a gas line and no instructions to move old 450lb oven. Still battling with Best Buy to get this $6,000 oven installed!

This was the worst installation ever. They pushed it in, wouldnt reach the back wall, told me I need to hire a plumber or electrician to do a cut out on my wall and re-plumb the gas line... I told them this cannot be, I asked them how often this happens & they couldn't answer. I asked them to try again, no help. Just a shrug and they left. I ended up pulling it out and had to move the gas pipe and move it back in myself! Ridiculous! I want a refund on the installation fee!

Best Buy contracts third party companies to install appliances and it's a headache to deal with since they're inexperienced or just down right lazy. I would never recommend anyone to purchase installation for a gas range from Best Buy.
Tried contacting Best Buy/Geek Squad multiple times to assist in sorting out the problem and kept getting the run around being transferred to different departments. They said they could not help and I had to hire a different licensed contractor to complete the installation.
