    I paid for a service that was not provided. The delivery guy said they could not install and that they would have the fee removed. Nope, the fee is still there. I called about a month later to have the fee removed, and guess what?? It's STILL there. The thing is, the reason why the delivery guy said they couldn't install was BS and my husband hooked the range up no problem once he got home later that day.

    If there was a zero star, I’d give that. Bought this for my son, he had it installed and kept smelling a bad odor when using. He called to get service visit, they cancelled last minute and said they’d just deliver a new one. Then they tried to deliver the new one to me (in a different state), then delayed his new installation. When the new one was installed, they said the previous one was not installed correctly, which is why he smelled gas. Total incompetence!

    The installers showed up 3 hrs late and didn't have any tools to remove or install the new gas line. I had to loan them tools and they had to read the directions just to install it. They didn't remove any of the plastic that was on it and were going to leave before they even tested it to see if it worked. If you get installation make sure it's not with Cory Companies, one of Best Buy's subcontractors for delivery or install it yourself

    Broken stove installers are stupid. The stove doesn't work and isnt doing what it should. Just a big old thing wasting space. This sove hasnt made one meal. The stove doesnt even work.

    The installers were in a rush, they unpacked the gas range from the truck on the road to ready it and then took less than 5 minutes to put it in the kitchen, they did not install the safety bracket, I asked them about leveling and they said they had already leveled it outside - even if they leveled it outside when installing in the kitchen they should have checked the leveling but they didn't.

    When the technician arrived I was told by technician that I needed a gas line to be closer to the floor. He told me that when you get the pipe adjusted they will come back to install the range. I did that. When I called for installation service I was told it does not work that way and I can pay again for the service. Save yourself from trouble and either do it yourself or have legit crew to come and do what you paid for. You will be happier than I am with this service.

    Paid for Geek Squad and the technician told me that they don't cut the granite to fit the oven. I'd to get rid of 3/8th of an inch to fit the oven. Samsung or perhaps all the makers, change the specs every few years or so. Geek squad dropped the ball and left the oven connected but not pushed to the wall and hauled away the old one. I had to get a dude to cut the granite and help me fit it. Geek Squad should hire people to do such things. Not cool.

    The delivery team that was supposed to delivery and install my oven, dropped the stove off and told me that the item was not able to be installed, and walked away. Without additional explanation. Besides the fact that my delivery windows was between 2 and 6. He called me at 12 saying that he was 10 minutes from my house. I had to run home to ensure I was going to be there for the service. Horrible service.

    So when the range was installed, there was an anit- tipping piece that was supposed to be installed. The repair man left, and placed the anti -tipping piece on the kitchen table and left. I then had to call, back within 2 weeks, and finally they came, but with another anti -tipping piece. The install was supposed to be less than 2 minutes, but that part was neglected. I paid for the installation and that was why I called back and left a negative review.

    Best Buy charged us $150 to install Samsung Gas Range. Installers refused to install stating they werent certified. We had to pay add'l $150 to our gas co to install. Dawsonville store mgr refused to refund our $150.

    They cannot get things correct in the system and they only delivered the stove "here you go" and no installation as I had pre-paid and waited to have. Was told to call the 800# which only made things worse and now the have done the same thing with my dishwasher installation. what a broken and messed up process Best Buy. You can't even CALL the Local store??? What a joke of customer service.

    Paid for this service on black friday when I bought my new range and was not prompted to buy a gas line hose but allowed to pay for the install. When the delivery was made I was told they could not hook it up without the new line. I contacted best buy multiple times and requested a refund and finally was told that I would receive an email with refund details. That never happened and i ended up paying for a service I did not receive. You could have done better best buy!

    installers were to deliver and install a new KitchenAid stove I was told that the installation was "too complicated" and that I needed special instructions for this installation. Nothing could be further from the truth. This was a simple installation and because they were not able to complete the job a new appointment needed to be scheduled

    The first range installed was damaged badly, the replacement unit was damaged by the installation guys by banging it into my refrigerator, and now a door needs to be replaced on the refrigerator, and the third range was supposed to come today, but I got a call last night letting me know that it didn't arrive and so could not be installed. We'll see what happens on the 29 when the third range is supposed to show up.

    The guys that came to do the install informed me that the gas valve was broken and hinted at me tipping him an extra $50 bux for him to just do the replacement, and since I was in a rush to get the job done, I just agreed. Later on I inspected the valve and it was completely fine, so definitely beware of scammers. theyre not entirely truthful and i do not think they are affiliated with best buy, so definitely beware.
