    The guys that came to install didn't install it. We paid extra just for them to me i needed this and that but when i called the gas company they connected it with no issue without add or changing anything. And they didnt fully build our grill either. The stove is beautiful and the best ever.

    The gentleman that delivered it was not too helpful. The oven did not fit properly and all h e said, was oh , it doesn't fit because the gas pipe is stickling out too much and left. he just said to contact the store.,

    The installation of my range was cancelled on me the day of without explanation or even a courtesy call. I had an email saying it was time to reschedule my appointment and I had to call three different times for someone to be honest and tell me it was cancelled.

    I wish I didn’t have to give this 1 star. The installation was incomplete. They said they would be back in a day or two. No one has showed up. After multiple calls and texts he finally answered and said call Best Buy. Really??!? Now i am going through another frustrating time trying to talk to a real person. Help!

    It's been a while since our delivery but I do remember that our stove was not installed. We had to do it ourselves. They say it comes with install or we might have paid extra for that but they didn't do anything but drop it off. My husband did the install. I called to complain but nothing was done. I would have liked for them to do it, turn it on and test it just like they said they would.

    Be careful of the 3rd party delivery men and installers. They tried to sell me an item that came with the installation. I would have bought it too but they were asking for $100. So i declined and watch them installing what they tried to sell me. I didnt bother saying anything to them but im sure they knew they were caught in a shady act.

    Stove still not working. On delivery day I told them the oven was shutting done every 2 minutes, I was told that was energy saving feature. When I called again...a repair man came out and ordered all working parts. This came the day before Thanksgiving and it is now the day before Christmas not Christmas or holiday baking for me. I was better off with my old stove

    I was charged for a service I did not even receive. The individuals that came were unable to install my stove because they said I had to change my gas line then they could come and install. One of the individuals went on to say there was no point of them returning because whoever was going to change the gas line could install the stove.

    Best Buy should get rid of the third party install teams. They lack professionalism, they're lazy, make excuses for problems they create. They are not held accountable for the mistakes that they make. It really makes no since. Their systems are not linked so they can track basic install processes, like showing up at the right address, additionally being willing to easily correct mistakes on the fly..smh!

    The range was eventually delivered 5 hours past the delivery window provided. Called once the delivery window had past and they were unable to reach the drivers. The delivery/installation person did not appear to be experienced and struggled with installation. One heating element worked when he left but we discovered the second one did not work requiring another call.

    The install was rushed and a second visit was necessary. I asked for the tip over protection to be installed but it was not.

    Has a gas leak. The correct fitting was not used. Could have blown up my townhouse

    They came for the install and our stove had been there for over 40 years, they couldn't get the gas line loosened, and they said we needed to call a plumber. My dad came over and a simple twist and he and my husband installed the range that same day. I will say it's very anti-climatic to get a new stove and to not have it hooked up the same day. However, the did refund our money.

    I usually am happy with Best Buy products and service but I had an incompetent gas stove installer who caused gas leak in my house. I had to call PG&E to turn off the gas which make the house unbearable. PG&E said the hose that was attached to the stove was loose and not connected properly. It was a big inconvenience to get out of the house, call PG&E, etc. I hope this will not happen again

    The guys brought the new stove in, took the old one out, began attaching the gas, then announced that they did not have the correct adapter to finish connecting the line. Their only answer was to call customer service! The guy admitted he had the adapter with him, but it was his? I ended up buying the part and connecting the line myself. This was my second less than satisfactory experience with their service.

    2nd time, merchandise was never delivered. We were never contacted by the delivery company nor Best Buy. This happened within 2 weeks of the previous merchandise that I bought and scheduled delivery. Will not ever purchase another large item from you again. Canceled purchase

    The range showed up, finally, after a long back order delay. When it was delivered, I purchased the installation and the men were unable to remove the cap from my gas line so they just left the range, and all packaging in the middle of my kitchen for me to figure out. I was able to remove the cap with a pipe wrench and install the range myself.
