Quick install. Asked delivery personnel to level the appliance and was told it was already level. It was not level and had to do it ourselves. Leveling appliance IS part of the install.

I was sent an email reminder and I received a call 5 minutes before arrival. Elvis and Francisco were very respectful, polite, and informative. the installation and hall away were done in a timely and clean manner. I am completely satisfied with the service provided.

Installation went well. They team was careful and thorough. Everything was checked to ensured all was in order. Since the old one was still operational, they took it to the garage.

On-time and professional. The delivery guys were 100% on top of everything, and the range came with all installation materials (new gas hose, etc.). And they were accompanied by a Geek Squad person that made sure that everything was done to perfection! What more could I want? These folks are SUPER!!

The installer for our new range did a complete job, in that, it did not take more than an hour to remove the old range and install the new one. Once complete, the new range worked very well.

The installers were excellent in bringing the new stove up the stairs for installing. They were very capable, left the area clean and provided great instructions on using the stove to my tenant.

Despite living on the second floor service was quick, the workers were in and out when installing. Very professional employees with a great attitude who got the job done and made sure everything was working before they left. I would without a doubt receive services again based on this last experience.

The gas range install seemed to be pretty easy. I did appreciate the fact that the install guys connected the gas line, which is something I didn't have to worry about.
