I was charged for installation, but the delivery driver only delivered it. He made no attempt to install it. I had to install it myself the next day.

Damaged Delivery & Installation with Gas Leakage

The installation team hauls away the old Range. When they brought int he new range, and noticed it is damaged. The put the damaged range and mentioned in a week time a new one would be installed. During this process, the installed the gas line in a way it had minor leak which we were concerned about and not using the range. On the second visit after a week, the range was replaced.

Worst experience posible. Two guys showed up without the propane conversion kit and did not install correctly. Would not install the other items we purchased and left us with no working appliances. I now have a stove that I can not use and am waiting for Best Buy to send another crew to resolve.

We purchased a new stove and there was an adaptor that was attached to our old gas line to the stove. We were told to go out and purchase another adaptor for for the issue. They could not remove it but we did contact a company and for an additional $140 plus he removed the adaptor, connected our stove and checked to make sure everything was workinging properly.
We did get a refund for the install.

Bestbuy's installation sucks.
If everything is not perfect they will not install.
I don't know what people that cannot install their self's do.

The gentlemen from Best Buy were unknowledgeable on how to convert a gas stove to propane (all needed was delivered with stove) and install it. Therefore, I had to have another company come out and do it.
Moral of the story: If you need electrical appliances installed, Best Buy is excellent. But if you have propane, forget it! Hire someone else!

Best Buy (and other companies) uses a 3rd party called XPO to schedule installations. They are horrible! We had 4 failed appointments because their computer system and bad employees are terrible. I will never order anything that involves this company again. Best Buy got the products back and they delivered them with their own company and it was fine. But I had to install it myself.

Made appointment 10 days in advance for installation between 8:00 and 12:00. Received call at 10:00 saying they couldn't make it and would be arriving at 1:00.They called again at 2:45 and said they would be arriving at 3:30. I had to cancel because of other commitments, that was the reason I requested morning installation because I have other COMMITMENTS.

No installation was done and when i called to have this taken care of, they said they would call me withing 24-36 hours and it has been a week today and still no call. I ended up having my plumber installed now have to fight with best buy to get my money back. Make sure everything is in working condition before they arrive!!!

Range is great, installation was terrible. It's still not installed, just hooked up to the gas line. No anchors, no grate in the back, and a 4 inch gap from the wall behind it. As a Totaltech customer, Iexpected more than to have to pay an extra $130 to get them to come back out and re-install the job that they botched.

The team that installed my new gas range did not install it correctly and there was a gas leak in my home. I had to hire a different service to repair the gas leak. The installation team also failed to leave any documentation regarding their place of employment so it was difficult yo contact them about the mistake.

Delivery men very personable. Did not have proper parts. Did not install range. Told me I could find the part I needed at any hardware store. Seven stops later I was informed that they did not make the part I was asking for in the size I needed. Found a knowledgeable individual who came up with an alternative solution. Installed the gas range myself.

They said they did the installation That is a lie. They refused to install it allegedly the house is old from 1963!!! How come they declared as “ installed “ on October 31st when I bought the stove on June 16 2021?? Even here looks how they lie . I don’t like liers horrible lack of service .and professionalism

We have scheduled installation twice now. The first time (after we called to see why they never showed up) the guy never rang the door bell or knocked to let us know. So we re-scheduled and the 2nd guys that showed up said they don't do installations. Now we have to schedule for the third time!!!!

The subcontractor for Best Buy didn't complete the installation. The gas range kit I bought from Best Buy didn't fit the gas line and they left without installing the gas range.
