The people who came to install the gas range took one look at it and couldn't do it. That we needed to purchase for someone to move the gas range which we did. They made no attempt to do it even though we paid for that service for them to install new one. So we ended up needing to figure it out ourselves.

Delivery people were rude the worst ever asked to speak to a supervisor he gave me a fake phone number. They tried to get $80.00 dollars cash to install and we argued over contract I had paid for they took my old stove left the new damaged one in the middle of the kitchen and left. Left no paperwork or receipt of delivery.

They were unable to install our gas range because the gas shut off valve was on a different level. They still reported that they had installed it, and kept the charge on our bill. Have spoken to a rep, who said it would be removed , but nothing has happened. Now my bill is due, and its still on there

Horrible installation service. This is 2nd item I ordered with installation. Both times the reps find an excuse to not install and want to just leave the item. Due to back order I had to keep the item. Will never do installation services from Best Buy again.

My delivery and installation kept getting rescheduled. I took off work 3 different days for nothing! WHen they finally delivered, they didn't bring the gas line that I purchased, so it's been sitting in my kitchen for over a week, still in the box. I told them to come and get it!

The third party installers came back 3 times due to the stove not being secured and tipping when the oven door was open. I finally got toggle screws for the next installer so that he could secure the plate that stove connects. They do not carry any supplies with them on their trucks.

I had the most horrible experience ever ibwas told when i made the purchase that it will be installed on delivery but no one installed it dropped it off and left i called for 2 days i got the run around issued was not solved i will never buy anything from best buy again

Zero stars! I don't know who Best Buy outsources this to but it's insane. They were so rude and gouged my new hardwood floors. I tried to call and they outsource that too.
Do not order anything that needs to be installed from Best Buy, it has been such a bad experience so far.

Crew Did not bring materials for install. Took 3 more days with two stoves in the middle of my kitchen to complete the job. They started to disconnect old stove and we could not use because we were not sure it was safe. Very poor customer service. I have been a customer for 20 plus years and may not be moving forward.

Scratched my counters while installing. Installer did not think to adjust the feet on the range to raise it just 1/16 of an inch. Instead just used brute force which caused the range lip to scrape the counter.

3 service call set up and no shows. go to lowes or home depot. i had this stove from bestbuy for over 3 weeks and could not use it.
