BAD QUALITY STOVE

VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE. I CALLED BEST BUY AND THEY NEVER GAVE ME AN ANSWER. I EVEN BOUGHT INSURANCE AND I NEVER WAS OFFER NEW KNOBS. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Didn’t fully attach the gas line

The whole house smelled like gas for 2 days. They said it would smell like that because it was a new stove but when I rechecked the line, it wasn’t even tightened allowing gas to leak.

Bad installers

They broke my gas pipe valve and wad blaming our previous installer! and I had to call emergency gas leakage service , whole house smelled gas. Very bad experience !

Horrible install

Poor Third Party Company

They have done such a poor job, I am now taking legal action The product is fine by the way.

I grade this as incomplete as the labor was great but the result is a fail.

WORST experience with customer service ever!!!

Poor installation

Had to wait 2 days for them to come back just to reconnect my old stove i was left with no stove at all

Install incomplete

He was polite and such but.. in and out... no safety bracket installed. I've been on hold waiting to talk to someone for TWENTY MINUTES. GETTING NOWHERE!
