Did not install the tip protection brackets. He was polite and such but.. in and out... no safety bracket installed. I've been on hold waiting to talk to someone for TWENTY MINUTES.

Flat out lies about appointment for installation that left my household without gas range during Christmas, was very embarrassing in front of family and guests. Had to cancel all family plans.

I don't know where to start and what else to say, poor system and no one cares about the customer and the company does not respond. They use consultants not employees of company and no one cares.

It didnt get done because the gas line that came with the stove was for a gas dryer then i got the run around for the right gas line so i did it myself after i paid for them to do it

Tech person claimed they could not remove gas cap and advised that I contact the gas company. Gas came out and did one twist and cap came off. I paid for an installation that I did not get.

Driver did not want to install stating there was an issue with the valve. We called a licensed plumber and they installed it noting that there was nothing wrong with the valve.

I asked for an afternoon delivery but was forced to abide by their schedule because it was closer to the warehouse or reschedule. That's ludicrous. The install work was fine.

First installers installed. Left and over the next few day smelled gas. Geek Squad repairman came and said first installers only hand tightened the fitting. Not happy!

The installers were rude and never completed the install. They just pushed it in place with the plastic and styrofoam still on. When i wasn't looking, they left.
