Install incomplete

He was polite and such but.. in and out... no safety bracket installed. I've been on hold waiting to talk to someone for TWENTY MINUTES. GETTING NOWHERE!

WORST experience with customer service ever!!!

Poor Installation Workmanship

I am extremely dissatisfied with my Best Buy purchase and customer service experience.

Terrible experience

Installer Fail

We called a licensed plumber and they installed it noting that there was nothing wrong with the valve.

Messed up my schedule

Gas oven install

Don't let Best Buy deliver and install
