    I had to have this refunded do to the wrong size piping. They were oh sorry get a plumber then they were gone. All it took was a adapter that I recomend the installers should carry in these cases

    Terrible! Didn’t test the unit before leaving, technicians did not check for gas leaks and my home filled up with gas. Never again.

    We installed it ourselves. Initial delivery came damaged so we scheduled it for pick up a week later and my husband installed it himself. All that time we were without a stove.

    Installers said they couldn’t do it because the line ran through a hole drilled in the cabinet. They did move it from the kitchen to the garage for us though

    They could not install it. Never got a refund for it. Probably won't consider best buy in the future for appliance needs

    They refused to hook up my new oven and refuse to take the old . I had to call PSEG to hook it up. Got my self a refund from the store. I love Best Buy first bad reviews

    Was informed range could not be installed even though paying for installation. Delivery late and unannounced. Issue is still not resolved.

    It was never installed because of some policy and my refund hasn’t been issued. They just left it at my house telling me they were going to refund the instillation fee.

    These guys didn't install the gas range. All they did was put it in place and take some plastic off. They didn't even take the pieces that on top out of the boxes

    I call to check my dishwasher and my refrigerator but the installer didn't want to touched because somebody else did before then very ridiculous

    They did not install the stove. I had to do the install myself and Best Buy would not refund me for the installation cost. I will never shop at Best Buy again.

    They refuse to install the range, according to them the connection was too tied. I had to find a handyman to install the range and he didn't have no issue at all.

    Keep reading the instructions and calling for help to install the hood. Took them 3 hours to install the hood and told me I don't need the filter.

    Delivery set up guy said, "guess I'm not installing your stove" I said why "because your shut off valve is not code" seriously!!?? He was Cranky too

    My range was not installed because the techs did not have the proper connector that I had paid for. I had to go buy one and install it myself.

    Would not recommend. Delivery people could not install because they did not bring pipe wrench. They left stove in kitchen for me to finish installation.
