Still trying to get used to my oven. The eyes on the stove aren’t centered so I’m not too happy about that. Overall, I like my new I oven. Lots of different options like the air fryer option. Really enjoying the air fryer basket that I bought on Amazon because the large air fryer basket I got with the oven is great, but there is no catch pan. It all drops in the bottom of the oven. I’m thinking they just forgot to give me the drip pan. Outside of that, really like my new oven

This Product is what I was looking for and it works just great. What really like about product is the cleaning instructions.

Stove is pretty, but I haven’t really used it. The delivery was great, receiving the product in just a couple days. The installers were super friendly, and very efficient.

The gentlemen that installed our range were very professional. Good manners and kept everything tidy as they removed our old unit and installed the new one.

Installation was o! They turned my stove on! They told me it had to stay on for a couple minutes to get the new smell out! I believe they might have put it on clean mode!

They installed the unit okay, however left a very large gap at the back saying they were not able to push it in all the way due to the gas line hitting the unit. $190 later and a plumber rotated that pipe from horizo tal to vertical, took them 15 mins. I expected this is something the installers could have easily done. You basically are just paying for someone to connect the hose, not great value in my opinion.

Loving the oven so far. Would totally recommend using Best Buy installers. The installers were amazing and were in and out in less than 30 minutes. They even came earlier than I thought. They let me clean under where the old stove was before they installed the new one. One of the installers even gave me tips on using the oven. Very happy with the service and will use installers from Best Buy again soon.

Delivered, installed and old range hauled off without a problem.

I have to give the delivery crew 5 stars for their great effort and service. I ordered a gas range to be delivered to the 3rd floor of a condo, no lift. It was also a challenge to install the range because of the small kitchen space and where my gasline is. The guys were super helpful and responsible to make sure everything is installed properly and worked before they left. I had different experience in the past but this was very positive. Highly recommend Rigo and his crew.

The two guys did a great job. They did not take the time to explain how the range works. I only bring that up because it was one of the question on the Best Buy survey.
