The two men who delivered and installed our new oven were great. Explained what they were doing. Had the valve they needed to finish the install.

Third time is charm. First time we’re friendly but incompetent. Second time were 90 minutes late. The third time we’re friendly, efficient, and competent. Geek Squad customer service was mostly awful with undelivered promises.

Installation was GREAT!!! Convection oven does not work very well, and timer shuts to oven off when time is up.

Unfortunately, this didn’t go too well. The installers were polite and fast (too fast). After they left we started to smell a strong gas odor. We tried to call the installer to fix it but their voicemail was full. We called Best Buy dispatch, they told us to get out of the house and call 911. We called the gas company and it took an hour for them to come and tighten up the connections while we waited out in the cold. Not good. No follow up by the company.

Product is fine, but beware of Best Buy "installation". Bought a new gas range to replace a broken one at a rental unit. Should have opted for the professional installation because the delivery and hook up installation was a nightmare. The guys delivered it, tried to hook it up, didn't have the right part and just left without calling me, the owner. Had no idea what the issue was or what part they needed so I called Best Buy, they sent another crew which also didn't know what was going on. They couldn't install it either but luckily they told me what piece to get. Had to go buy some stuff and install it myself, BUT I didn't tighten it enough and there was a gas smell, so I had to call an electrician to come fix it, with a simple twist of a wrench $$$. Bottom line, don't have them install it, have someone else do that important part. It was a huge pain in the butt and I will never ever do that again.

The installers (hired out by my Best Buy) called me the night before to set up a time. They were a bit late but did call me to let me know they were running behind. It wasn't too much later. They were quick and knowledgeable. Very happy with my install service and love my new oven!

Four months in and this oven/gas range does not disappoint. The temp is true and fast.

Best Buy cancelled our order, which we paid for, with no explanation whatsoever. We can only assume they want us to take our business elsewhere.

The installers were great. They were very polite and efficient. They pointed out a small dent on the side of the range and gave me options as to how I would like to deal with it.

Was not good at all. The guys just came and left Didn’t even have me sign anything nothing. The stove is great, but the people that delivered it were horrible.

I bought a new oven and paid for the installation. The delivery guys got to my house unhooked oven and scooted it back to disconnect the gas. They said if I wanted them to move existing oven I would have to pay them 29$ and they would only take cash. So I had to move old oven my self ( or pay 29$ cash and they said only cash) before they would even install new one. They did a good job hooking up oven and it works but just feel like they were pressuring me to spend more money and the fact that it could only be cash payment seemed like they were trying to rip me off. I figured moving old stove is part of install.

Need this to install the oven! Thanks to the installers for doing a great job.
