Bet buy Installation guys were great , they were very friendly and did there job in quick time !

I am enjoying my new range, love the price I paid for it, I wasn't here for the Delivery I have been purchasing all my appliances ahead of my move in date wanted them there before me. Although the owner had a say so on installing a new gas cap replacement or something of that matter, and did not want range drilled down for safety, my installation was cancelled. I see where my 19.99 was returned but to where? because I paid cash for all of my appliances I purchased from you guys.

The Best Buy Geek Squad did a great job installig my new Samsung gas stove. They were careful and thorough and very professional.

At a time when we’re all a little on edge about people coming into our homes the professionals in charge of my delivery and installation we just that, professional. The install went quickly, everyone wore masks and were cognizant of social distancing. I love my new range.

We bought a new LG Gas stove and Best Buy team helped us to install the gas and also ensured all connection are safe and gas pipe is properly installed to avoid any space loss and safety was their primary concern - overall job done well.

The installation team was prompt and efficient. They took the time to level the stove and walked through the different settings and reminded us that the stove will off gas the first few times it is used, alleviating any questions regarding that.

These guys was great they explained everything and every step made sure everything was good and working and even moved the old stove to my truck for me good job

The crew that installed all the appliances were very professional and courteous. They went to work immediately after the home was accessed. The old appliances were removed with no problems new appliances were installed and tested to my satisfaction

A little disappointed that the unit did not fit all the way back and against the wall, but the installers did what they could. All in all, the were pros.

The installers were easy to communicate with and ensured the oven was installed using the hookups that were purchased. They also verified the features were working and answered questions when they were complete. It was a very smooth process overall.

The men who installed my Samsung gas range were terrific. Even though it was a tight fit getting into my 185 year old house. They had a "can do" attitude!!

The installation went well and they game on schedule but I found it odd that the company was not tracking the installation occurred. They called and emailed to schedule an installation appointment after it was completed.

Install was quick and professional and they were very careful not to damaged anything with such a heavy appliance.

Good. I love my new gas stove. I bought one before from you guys and they had to return that one. I just hope you take it off my credit card because it’s still on there.
