We had a gas stove installed. They called about a half hour from the time they would arrive to my home. The guys were in and out of my home in about 15 minutes. I paid the extra $ to have them to take away my old stove. Then they installed my new one with no issues. I would recommend the delivery service to anyone else.

The young gentleman's went above and beyond on my installation. They did everything possible and made sure they installed and did not damage my new range

I'm happy with the purchase. I really like the tiny back burner for rice, sauteing, etc. without scorching. The large center burner for a grill pan is also a nice feature.

Range was successfully installed. The crew was careful to bring the range in home and made sure it is working. Also indicated the pipe may not be necessary to install since old one still can work and we can get refund on for the new one.

The team that came out to install our new gas range did an excellent job. They were professional and very knowledgeable. They handled the install and the removal of our old range with care and concern. They even came back to adjust the height to match the counter when I called them to explain the issue.

I love the range/oven. The guys that delivered it wouldn’t install it because my fitting was out of date. Come on Best Buy. You have to know that a lot of people getting new ranges probably have the older connector. Come prepared. You made me call a plumber to come out and hook it up. It took him less than 5 minutes. But I had to pay for someone else to actually come hook it up. That was quite disappointing.

Works well minus the service I got, now that was horrible from the time I ordered it, when they delivered it and had to get a plumber when they came. People please have any of your items measured first so you won't have to do the back/forth which was a complete nightmare.

Cam without a full user’s manual. Touchscreen features are not easy to figure out and they are not in the simple users manual that came with he stove. It also come with a Air Fry pan that did not include a crumb pan to go under it. Why a mess it makes and finding a pan to fit correctly is difficult. The broiler has is very week flam on the left side. The installers sent a phot to Best Buy showing they installed the no tip bracket and they did not!! A second appointment was needed to get it installed they bought a second oven a was going to take mine out. Really?? What a disappointment!! They installed the no tip bracket and found the gas pipe nut was lose! Wow! The stove doesn’t rock back and forth anymore but I don’t love it!!! Disappointed with this purchase, customer service and the delivery installation!!!

I have never had much success with BB installations since they started using third party people. The installer, did the basics, brought it in hooked it up, turned it on, and left. 2 days later I notice that he never leveled the stove, so when I put liquid in a pan it moves to one side.

Workers came on time fast installation 15 mins in and out very knowledgable of the stove and showed me how to work it.

The installation technician arrived on time and installed the product along with a new over the range microwave that I also purchased. He was done in less than an hour with both products and took time to show me the basic features on both products and how to operate them. Very satisfied.
