They arrived on time and got right to work. The install was done really quick. Liked the demonstration and information that was given after the install.

The gentlemen that delivered our gas range called to let us know when they would arrive and did so on time. They patiently answered all my questions and were fast and efficient. I will definitely use Best Buys home delivery again on future purchases!

The guys arrived on time and completed the installation in very little time. I would recommend the installation service. I should add, I believe the installs are done by subcontractors, not by Best Buy, which is fine with mew as long as the subcontractors do a good job.

The subcontractor who installed our gas range washer and dryer did a great job. He was very professional polite and courteous. Everything worked great he made sure we were satisfied before he had a sign the paperwork. He cleaned up everything and took all the paper packaging boxes away with him.

The gas installation itself is very easy to do so there's not much to say there. They barely said a word the entire time they were here but it took several failed appointments to get to this point. The first few times they came, they kept insisting my range was electric and I needed a 220V outlet, which was categorically false and caused months of delay.

The burners heat pots of water quickly. The double oven with air fryer is amazing and all other added features. The best pick ever!! I can go on and on!!!!!

Always a little nervous when the gas line is involved but the guys doing the installation were very thorough and even took the time to show me how everything worked.
