The servicemen who came out to install my gas range did an excellent job. They were fast, clean, friendly and professional.

Delivery was on schedule and on time. Would have been a 5 star but the installer did not upgrade the nipple to a current style. Noticed a gas smell and called Best Buy. The customer service was very polite and got someone over quickly. The tech came out, inspected the problem and corrected the problem.

Cannot really tell if Best Buy is looking for a review of the people who installed my new range, or the special installation piece that I purchased to ease with gas installation. I am going with the former, because Best Buy needs to hear that they currently have in their employ a couple of young men, (frankly at almost 70, all men under 50 strike me as "young"!) who should be recognized as wonderful examples of ideal employees. They were courteous, polite, patient with their explanations, cleaned up after the installation, careful not to let my "escape dogs" sneak out the fenced yard and generally got my own 'good housekeeping' seal of approval. I have long worried in this economy, that Best Buy might not be around for much longer, but with employees like Cedric and Kas (sp?) I predict a long and profitable future. Thank you for having such great employees and for sending them to do this installation. It cheered up an old lady's day!

I had Matthew as out tech and he is the best I have ever had. He really knows his stuff. Has a great attitude and is very quick when working.

Courteous delivery personnel unboxed, installed, and tested our new range. Works perfectly

Stove was installed on a holiday. The old stove was removed and replaced with the new one. The service man checked the oven, the burners, oven and timer to make sure everything was in working order. Cleaned up the area and took the old stove away.

The customer needs to make sure that their gas fittings are all working. Apparently, we had a faulty valve, which the Geek Squad installer was prohibited from replacing. He recommended another company to do the installation, which was done. But the installer left me with long screws through our cabinet which required me to uninstall the range, and replace the screws in the anti-tilt bracket, and then reinstall the range. All very time consuming and difficult.

Installation did not take long and new stove was up and running in a day!

Great installation! Professional showed up at the end of my timeslot but were friendly and installed the item quickly.

Very personable and efficient. Careful not to bump the door jam when carrying my new range into the house, and extremely careful not to scratch my hard wood floors. Made sure everything worked before they left, and answered all of my questions.

Very prompt and efficient. Careful about preparing area prior to installation. Checked out the range completely. I am very happy with this range. Oven heats up FAST! Nice even heat with convection fan.

The men who did the second install were actually knowledgeable and did a complete job. The first set of men, did everything wrong.
