Was used by the people who installed the stove. This was not used by myself. They did not have a hard time in doing there job. But the installation went well for the third time. I did not understand the problem they had to get the right stove in mint condition.

This is only getting a second star because of the amazing assistant manager at our local store - here's the run down. - Installation appeared to go well, I continue to work from home - Several hours later, my spouse comes home and tells me she smells gas (which I didn't smell because it built up over time) - We get the runaround with the (subcontractor) installers and Best Buy. - Gas company does emergency shut off after asking if a child installed the stove because there was a 50% gas leak - Assistant manager is most senior person in the store and she calls Corporate's help line. Help line offers $50 for a grossly incompetent and dangerous install that could have killed me. - Assistant and GM worked out another work around for much more appropriate compensation. TL;DR this is going to be done by a subcontractor - beware of incompetent or dangerous mistakes that corporate will try to ignore.

Very pleased with the installation of our new stove, removal of the old one and haul away service. The two servicemen very thorough in their work and the job was completed in less than an hour.

The installation was on point didn’t take very long they tested it before they left explained how to start out using the features on it.

The Best Buy crew that installed the range was quick and made sure to stick with all safety protocols. They made sure they were gentle with the install of the new range with no dings or damage.

These guys were so professional and polite. They wouldn't leave until they were absolutely sure everything worked and I was happy. I noticed something after they left the condo, and they came back up willingly and fixed it with no complaint. I am 100% satisfied

The installers pointed out a defect in the stove and actually got on the phone with Best Buy for resolution. The Best Buy rep offered to send the replacement part, but made no promises. A replacement part arrived, but was the wrong part. Almost impossible to get anyone who will make it right. I regret accepting delivery.

The guys will feel good at what they did.I was happy with it.My daughter was there when they installed she was happy

The installation crew were very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. They made sure I knew what was going on at all times and that I received all the manuals after they were done.

My experience with my Best Buy install for my new range was great. They were quick and efficient but also took the time to make sure that everything was leveled and working correctly. They took care to not damage my hardwood floors as well!

The delivery gents who installed the gas line and connected our range were thorough and professional. They were on time, courteous, and accomplished the task quickly and correctly. Highly recommend!

They installed the stove fast. The only thing is that they didn't install the anti tipping bracket but I don't really need it so I don't care. If you want it installed make sure to watch the installation

The installation went great! The installers were very professional, on time, communicated with me when they would arrive, and made sure I was satisfied with the install and answered any questions I may have had and went over the features and operation of the appliances before they left. True professionals who did their jobs with excellence!
