The delivery and installation of my stove was flawless. I highly recommend BestBuy for delivery and installation. They do what they say and do it on time and provide plenty of communication to the customer during the process.

Good item With decent price Very useful for routine use

Best Buy showed up in then time frame promised. They were in and out quick. They carried the item in with booties on their shoes to prevent any damages to the walls or carpet. Install was smooth without any issues

Installers were very nice and knowledgeable. Especially thankful that they took great care not to damage our new floors. As for the double oven range, I really love it but the oven racks do not slide out easily. We absolutely love the new fridge. It is the perfect size for us.

I was happy to have the stove come with installation and removal of the old unit, and I was told in advance that I would need to replace the gas line, as the existing one was probably too old to be safe. What I was NOT told in advance was that I would also probably need to have the gas cutoff valve replaced, as well. So when the delivery truck arrived, they couldn't do the installation that day, and I spent the rest of the day trying to find the part (not as easy as it should have been) and then trying to find someone to put it in for me (not as easy as the installers suggested). This meant I had to wait another two days to get the stove put in. Once it was ready, it was quick and efficient, but it made for a very annoying week. I guess I would recommend it to a friend, but my recommendation would come with a warning to ask if there might possibly be anything else I should know or do beforehand.

Easy to clean and good working performance perfect size

The two guys who delivered and set up new stove were excellent.

They came in and installed it in a few minutes, service was perfect.

Gas range installation was quick, efficient and I love that a Best Buy Geek Squad service technician was present to oversee the process.

The guys were late coming to 8nstall the stove, but the6 called and let us know. And when they arrived they were ver6 nice and helpful. They made sure we know how to use the stove and the oven and showed us how to clean it.

the installers for my gas stove arrived within the time range they were supposed to be here, and got to work right away. they didn't waste any time and were efficient. Left everything clean and took away all the packaging. Good job

I don't usually have appliances installed, but I bought the gas range as a Christmas gift for my daughter and son-in-law and decided to have it delivered and installed. I bought the range on a Thursday evening and my daughter chose to have it installed the following Sunday morning (yes, they delivered on a Sunday!). They were pleasantly surprised when they received a phone call early Sunday morning saying that the delivery was on the way. The delivery went smoothly. The team placed the old oven in the garage (there was nothing wrong with it, we just upgraded appliances). They hooked up the new range in no time at all, including the anti-tip feature. It was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend having Best Buy deliver and install your new appliance.
