The Range installers were pretty good to install. Took sometime but were efficient.

The person who installed my new stove did an excellent job. He took care to cover the floor, so it was not damaged while removing the old stove and installing the new one.

I like the fact that it does not have the 5th burner. The top is much neater looking.

3rd party company that came when they initially said they would be there and did a professional job of installation. Best Buy's scheduling system screwed up numerous times, and did not communicate well with the installer.

Of course during these trying times it is scary to have a major appliance stop working and having to navigate getting a new one delivered is a challenge. Luckily for me, Best Buy came to the rescue in not only having the Range I wanted in stock, but being able to deliver and install the range while I felt completely comfortable throughout the entire process. The 2 gentleman that installed the range were very nice and professional and regarded everyone's safety with the utmost importance. The communication from Best Buy was wonderful and I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase and the entire experience. Thank you!

Derrhan and Mikel were a great team They were careful not to damage my oak flooring. Were efficient. Patient while I cleaned the 30 yr dust from the previous range, Could not have asked for a better installer
