The first range was accidentally damaged as it was unloaded. I requested a replacement that took two weeks. The installers delivering the stove could not install it. My local gas company came out and installed the stove for $89.00 even though I paid for the Best Buy installation.

Derrhan and Mikel were a great team They were careful not to damage my oak flooring. Were efficient. Patient while I cleaned the 30 yr dust from the previous range, Could not have asked for a better installer

Had a problem with stove not fully functioning. I called and it was replaced within 5 days! No hassles. Love Best Buy! Installation folks were great and fast; They left no trash and answered all my questions about operation of the appliances. Positively the best buying expierence I've had to include the hassle-free replacement of the stove.

The installers were quick, efficient & professional. They went over a few pointers about the range & turned it on to make sure it worked properly.

The gentleman that set up the stove were very efficient and thorough! It took longer to pay for the stove than getting it installed! Very cool!

Purchased a new range oven. Crew removed the old one and installed the new one is less than 20 minutes. Wish everything was this seamless!

The installation crew delivered the oven range within the time frame as promised. The service was very efficient in removing and hauling away the old range. The new range was handled with care, and the installation was done in smooth and friendly manner. I would recommend this service in the future.

The installation happened during the allotted time however, it happened towards the very end of the allotted time. Essentially, the entire day had to be blocked off because there was no idea as to when the installers were going to come. They did call 30 minutes before they arrived - just wish it was earlier.

Installation team did a good job. Deducted a star because my oven smokes and smells like burning plastic. Not clear if this is left over packaging from installation or defect of the stove. Best buy is following up and replacing the stove.

Great product...install reps were not great at all.

The service personnel were respectful and they did a good job installing the unit. They did not have shoe caps to prevent bringing in dust from outside. They suggested to have delivery rescheduled if I wanted them to have shoe caps but I decided to have the delivery and installation done as scheduled.

The two delivery men that delivered and installed my Samsung stove were careful not to scratch our newly painted walls and the stove was tested & balanced for maximum efficiency before they left. Great job guys.
