When delivered they were not able to install due to gas valve. Range was placed in my garage. I immediately scheduled a plumber to replace valve. I called Best Buy to reschedule. You literally have to wait for a call back because it takes so long. Then they could not reschedule because it was still showing not delivered yet. I had to wait to call again and go through their long phone process to reschedule. After delivery I realized they had not leveled the range and there were Knick’s in the enamel. There also seems to be a piece missing on the bottom.

Perfect stove. Easy to use and cooks everything at an even temperature. The oven has the convection option and I use it often.

went well, the technician took his time and did it very well. I would have like him to of had another guy with him so he could of helped him bring the old oven down my porch steps. He was a little careless on letting them bang hard down each step, did scratch them some

Dwayne and Jose installed my stove and had it working in a few minutes. Dwayne took time to explain and test all the functions. He even leveled the stove. He was awesome

The gas line and tip-over bracket were professionally installed. It's not that difficult of a task but it is nice just to have it done during the delivery and setup.

The installer was the best installer we have ever had! He was friendly, knowledgeable and quick. One of the grates came broken in the box and he handled the situation with ease and got a replacement for us with no trouble. All while mentoring a newer installer! Fantastic!

This was the best delivery team we have ever had. Worked well as a team, got it installed told us what they were doing.

The team who installed my new gas range were - wait for it - AMAZING!! They not only managed to get the gas connections installed properly, but did a great job of explaining all the in's and out's of basic gas range operation. I only wish I could hire them independently for some other work around my home ... darn it!!

Installation was done on time and very professionally. It has worked great from day one. I can bake, broil very easily. Controls are clear and nice looking.

Installers did have to deliver/install during some rain. Would’ve liked to see them where “booties” in the house. The range itself needed to be recalibrated and it is clearly not level (will need to be adjusted).

They took their time and got everything perfect. Little bit of trial and error to get the right fittings but he was especially careful making sure there was no gas leaks of any kind.

Installers were personable. They demonstrated all the features and, of course, made sure everything work.

They were not able to complete the install due to an older style has valve one my house.

Good kid, pretty quick to install and knew what he was doing. Showed me how several buttons on my gas range stove worked and went over a few things from the manual with me.

Love the quality and convenience of getting my appliances. I paid for installation but was not able to get the dryer of stove hooked up because of the gas and wiring in my ‘new to me’ old house. Was not given any advice or should to contact.
