The installer was fabulous, quickly fixing a shutoff valve issue. They were fast and very professional.

Best Buy delivery installed my new gas oven and hauled away my electric one. Very happy they could take away my old one for such a low price. My only disappointment is that when they installed my oven, the new one was 220v and my old one was 110v so they just plugged it to an outlet above my countertops and said I needed to hire an electrician to convert my outlet. Not knowing any better I said okay. I did some research and found outlet converters so I stopped by my local Lowe’s and spoke to the appliance specialist and explained my situation. They said the appliance should have come with a conversion kit or they could have installed a different cord for the oven that matched my outlet. In the end I had the outlet converted.

I thoroughly recommend paying for installation for a gas range. Even if you generally know what you are doing, having an experienced person do it takes out the worry about the little elements that come up. After all, you're talking about explosive gas. I have found the best buy delivery/install teams to be very friendly, patient and helpful. They worked quickly, explained what steps they took, gave me helpful tips for first time use or adjustments, and answered all my questions.
