Great installation. On time and even helped with extra problem with old range.

When delivered they were not able to install due to gas valve. Range was placed in my garage. I immediately scheduled a plumber to replace valve. I called Best Buy to reschedule. You literally have to wait for a call back because it takes so long. Then they could not reschedule because it was still showing not delivered yet. I had to wait to call again and go through their long phone process to reschedule. After delivery I realized they had not leveled the range and there were Knick’s in the enamel. There also seems to be a piece missing on the bottom.

Connecting the stove was quick and done professionally. The people were friendly and knew exactly what to do.

Perfect stove. Easy to use and cooks everything at an even temperature. The oven has the convection option and I use it often.

Super quick installation. Allowed me to clean under old product before new product was installed. They even went over how to use the product! Left no trash behind.

went well, the technician took his time and did it very well. I would have like him to of had another guy with him so he could of helped him bring the old oven down my porch steps. He was a little careless on letting them bang hard down each step, did scratch them some

I had to have my new range installed twice. Both times I received EXCELLENT SERVICE. The first time, the technician noticed the range had a dent in it. He immediately had BestBuy on the phone to go over my options. They ended up installing the range so I could cook and ordering a whole new range to replace it. When the second range was installed, the technician took the time to install a larger valve on the gas line. He told me it would be completely covered by BestBuy (it was) and it would increase the efficiency of my range. Amazing service. I am very please with the outcome of both installs.

Installers were personable. They demonstrated all the features and, of course, made sure everything work.

They did a good job. Fast and efficient took our old stove and moved the other.

Installers did have to deliver/install during some rain. Would’ve liked to see them where “booties” in the house. The range itself needed to be recalibrated and it is clearly not level (will need to be adjusted).

Installation was done on time and very professionally. It has worked great from day one. I can bake, broil very easily. Controls are clear and nice looking.

The gas line and tip-over bracket were professionally installed. It's not that difficult of a task but it is nice just to have it done during the delivery and setup.

Dwayne and Jose installed my stove and had it working in a few minutes. Dwayne took time to explain and test all the functions. He even leveled the stove. He was awesome

Two guys came, carried out the old range and installed the new range without hitting any furniture and leaving the kitchen clean. They installed and tested each burner, the oven, and the broiler. I recommend their service.
