Gave them five stars even though they didn't lower the stove to be level with the counter. I forgot to tell them to do that. Thought they would explain the controls but after they pushed buttons randomly until the found the one for the time I figured I could figure it out on my own. They did show me all the burn.ers worked

I was told I needed some sort of adapter to complete the installation. I went out and bought the adapter and hired a plumber to install my range. Please refund the installation fee.
