The guys did great and handled everything with care. They switched out the gas line which was required. It’s working great.

The installers removed the old stove but had difficulty removing the old gas tube from the house line. End up installing the new unit with the old tube. I had to return the new one for a refund.

The two men who delivered this to my mom's house were very friendly. They installed it within a timely manner and answered all the questions we had. Great job!

Best Buy knows what they are doing with appliances and installation. They are my “go to” for any appliance purchases.

I didn't install the range the young men did and I have no issues with my range. Works very well.

There were some issues witht he install. They left the old anti tip bracket in place which the foot of the range did not fit under so the range stuck out 6" from the cabinet. They did not leave the bracket that came with the range so after several calls and trips to best buy to fix the issue they sent me a bracket and then scheduled a install. Make sure to check things before the installers leave as they are a third party and try to rush things. Best buy get your stuff together and have your company do the installs stop outsourcing. We put our trust in you but the third party doesnt care about you or us they just wanna do a half A** job and get paid!

The guys came over on time as promised. They were quick and efficient. No damage to the appliance nor our new haredwood floors! Super service!

Dishwasher installs can be tricky depending on your cabinets. Installer knew what to do to make it work and work well. Clearance for hardware etc.

The team that installed my gas stove took care of my flooring and installed the range properly. Removed and hauled away the old stove. On time and courteous.

Disconnected old stove replaced gas line and put in the new stove. Gave them five stars even though they didn't lower the stove to be level with the counter. I forgot to tell them to do that. Thought they would explain the controls but after they pushed buttons randomly until the found the one for the time I figured I could figure it out on my own. They did show me all the burn.ers worked

The guys did a great job my wife said. They were super nice, super efficient, and checked to make sure it was working before they left. When I got home I asked if she'd used the oven/range AT ALL. She said, "No, not at all. Why?" Pretty sure the 2" scratch that I was able to MOSTLY buff out wasn't there from the factory. And if it was the installers would've noticed it and probably needed to take it back and bring me a new one a different day. Since we'd had it in my house for 6 hours already I couldn't prove we didn't do it so I kept it and buffed it. But, as far as labor is concerned they were on the mark wouldn't gotten 5 stars except for the scratch.
