installation went well. Those attachment parts should have come free but it was sold separately.

I actually was told due to the age of my lines that they couldn't unhook or install, overall I'm not mad about it. The team came to my house and explained how to unhook and hook up the new lines. Very informative and was a simple job for me.

The range is wonderful! Everything I wanted. Beautiful, easy to use, sleek, cool color, great product. Best Buy, on the other hand has been HORRIBLE. The installers left my home a mess. Trash all over the place, they didn't level the range and didn't push it back against the wall. They didn't assemble the range top - pieces were everywhere. They left the old gas pipe laying outside my front door. They just LEFT. Didn't tell me they were leaving. AND they took my pot lids that I forgot to take out of the bottom drawer! I didn't even know they were gone. I also SIGNED NO PAPERWORK! Nothing. No confirmation that they were even there. And you can't talk to anyone! If you call the store, they say it's not them bc it's an on-line purchase. After sitting on Geek Squad for 45 min someone finally told me someone would call me locally - NEVER DID - and they would return to finish the install. NEVER DID. The only contact I've been able to establish with Best Buy is via FB messenger. Then they tell me that they can't speak to me bc the original purchase was made by my husband. It's been nearly a month and I have YET to hear from Best Buy. Absolutely WORST purchasing experience I've ever had. Definitely buy this range - just NOT from Best Buy.
