Required for local utility rebate, happy

They arrived on time, were professional, courtious, and helped showing a few things on the range before they left. Initially I thought it was a bit of a ripoff as I could have done this myself, but in the end I was busy with other home improvement tasks and was happy they were here to handle it.

I would put them up against any other retailer. They worked around some issues I had in my kitchen and we're flexible even though their schedule was full and difficult.

Samsung Stove installation

We had a shut off valve (hind site from last stove purchase/installation) which made their job a piece of cake!! Given the ease of the job AND the shut off valve and the amount of time it actually took them to switch out old stove to new stove; (and the fact that multiple appliances were purchased) THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN A FREE SERVICE Other than that .... easy peezy; lemon squeezy!

Install charge was reasonable

I was disappointed that they could not tell me ahead of time which electrical plug I needed. I had to buy one off their truck for much more than purchase one ahead time for much less.

Arrived , disconnected old range and carry out before bringing in new. finished install , carried out all packing material, had me sign for delivery, then left. Never installed anti tip bracket, or leveled stove.
