It's useful for installation of our range and was a good buy.

The person that came to do the installation was professional and courteous. He came within the window timeframe and actually called a few minutes before his arrival. He showed a few of the features of the range.

The men did a great job removing the old stove. They started to install the new one, but I have LP. They are not able to setup LP. No fault to them. LP has to be setup by provider or plumier. Other then that, they where very nice.

The best and smooth service. They came and my outlet was not compatible and the installer helped me to understand the problem and I made the adapter installed by someone else and Best Buy came again and did the final install for me

Service and delivery techs were excellent. Install was quick and they ran through features with my wife as well.

There is not much to the installation other than plugging it into electricity and connecting the hose, so I am not sure what to say about that other than that the guys who delivered and installed the gas range were very professional and capable.

Install went smoothly and our stove works great. We also had them anchor the fridge to prevent tipping.

Rafael was excellent! The install took time because for some reason I didn’t have a shut off value. It was easy enough to reschedule and get the same person to come out, once I had a plumber install a shut off valve.

The Best Buy installers were professional, quick and did a great job fitting the gas range into a tight space. It’s very important to make sure that the appliance you order will fit into the space available. They also took away the old range which eliminated my worry of disposing it. In addition, the installers were neat and cleaned up expertly.

The 2 gentlemen that delivered and installed the stove were very nice. They did a nice job. The stove came in with a small scratch. Best buy gave us a giftcard but I feel it should be taken off the price of the stove.

Best Buy team installed my range. They were quick and efficient. They also hauled away my old range.

Fridge seems a lot cooler around the back areas of the upper shelf. Water bottles left there for a week freezes. Had it for almost 2 years now and that is the only issue I have so far.
