Wonderful Installation

It’s very important to make sure that the appliance you order will fit into the space available. They also took away the old range which eliminated my worry of disposing it. In addition, the installers were neat and cleaned up expertly.

Have used Best Buy’s installation services three times over the past year and never had any issues.

Good reliable Fridge

Water bottles left there for a week freezes. Had it for almost 2 years now and that is the only issue I have so far.

Joliet has great installers

The first two gentlemen were unable to install the stove properly because we needed to have a new shut off valve installed right behind the stove so they just left the stove. Within the week we had a plumber install the new shut off valve line and Best Buy scheduled the second installation visit and pick up of our old stove within two days. Would definitely use them again!

I barely use the oven, so I don’t know why it won’t clean better. Other than that it’s great!

Gas stove

Next day I ordered online with a customer service person that was so helpful, she went up and beyond. The couple that installed the stove were the best ever. Very efficient and so polite.
