They were very conscientious about not damaging anything while bringing the range into our home and installing it. Installation was quick and they were friendly as well.

Paid for install and haul away and got neither

It was not installed even though I paid for it. The delivery/install people said the gas line that the stove was to be connected to was moving when he tried to connect to it. So because of this, he did not install it. I went over later that day to check out the gas line to see why it was moving. It was a loose hanger in the basement. Fifteen second and the hanger was all snugged up and I then had to hook up the stove myself. I cannot believe that the install person would not check it out and see why the line was loose. Heaven forbid that he do a little something extra for a customer to show that the customer is important. He would not hook up the new stove, but he hooked the old one back up and then left. I paid for install and haul away and I got neither but the bill for it. I recommend the stove, and I recommend Best Buy, but not their install service. So to say I am disappointed in this service value is an understatement!!!

Everything was done very well, with the exception for asking a technician for disconnecting the previous gas range (generating a small delay). Overall, everything great.
