The delivery was on time, the delivery guys were very nice and took their time from unloading the item, bring it in the house , hooking it up and making sure it was running right.

The tech was ready to install the range when he arrived at my house. I was excited to receive the product after being out of stock for over a month. He apologized for the wait and quickly installed the gas range.

The installers were great! The installation of my new gas range went quickly, even when they ran into a problem. The installers knew what they were doing and they dealt with the issue on getting the range to fit back as far as possible with creative thinking. I wish I was able to request this particular team for my next installation.

Excellent delivery and installation of our stove. The delivery team called before the window to confirm they were on the way. We had an early am window. They were at my house ontime. Clean and helpful.

Best Buy technicians must carry steel pipe wrenches for better disconnect/connect gas lines.

It was great making my purchase from Best Buy and the associate helped schedule and setup the installation. The landlord let the installer in. I came home from work and there was the new range. Positioned perfectly and leveled. The area was left clean. My landlord didn’t have to wait around all day. Nice work!

I was impressed with the speed of installation. However, I noticed after the installers left that the corner of the stove was dented in. I don't know if it was from installation, as it could have come from the warehouse this way. Either way, Best Buy/Geek Squad delivered a new stove within a few weeks. Couldn't ask for more!!!

Good job and fast. Late in arrival. Didn’t verify all aspects of range worked. Our oven lights didn’t work.

the original delivery people wouldn't hook up the slide in stove. Told them to cancel and refund I would do it. Couldn't get the old hose off so called Best Buy to reschedule. wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount when the original cost was only $20. They finally worked it out for the original $20 price. install scheduled 3 days later took 10 minutes.

The service people are very gentle and kind. They stayed until we tested every function. They also taught us how to use. Good experience.

Installation of my gas range was good, but the installers were some what anti-social. Would not want them here again.
