The delivery people came right on time and did a terrific job. They tested the outlets and gave me some good pointers on the use of my range. The took away my old range and were very professional.

The two men that delivered the stove did a professional job . They were in and out in approximately 37 minutes. very friendly and patient.

We had used the installation service for our new gas range. Whoever delivered the product they were able to install the gas range. Installation cost was around $20. Didn't have any issues with the installation.

The installation was completed really fast. They removed our old appliance and changed within few minutes. The installers did not explain the operation and left it for us to setup the clock and understand. Otherwise they did their job.

A 3rd party came too do the installation in which they did not check for a gas leak which we had and they had problems putting the burners and racks where they belonged.

The delivery people were professional and did great job.

Simple attachments, but you must follow instructions. The Best Buy installers were not familiar with the GE kit and had a hard time. They even installed it backwards at first, so that the dryer sat back 1 and a half inches from the front. We swapped it back to the correct positon after they left.

The installers were very friendly and efficient. Setup was relatively quick they cleaned everything up when they finished.

Since I purchased a new LG gas range from Best Buy, these tools were required for installation. Once again, Best Buy had the required tools and used them to install my new range.

I'm actually glad I paid for this service, just because it's my first time buying an appliance of my own. Although I could of probably have done it myself, it gave me peace of mind having a professional install it. The two young men who delivered it were pretty nice.

Love the stove but the burner crates are unstable for some pots and pans.

The installers who came to my home were great and worked efficiently to install my new range. However they realized that somehow they had he wrong bracket, so my range is now not properly secured.. and could be potentially dangerous. They left the wrong bracket and suggested I go get the proper one and secure the range.. but that’s why I paid for installation!

I couldn't say enough about the delivery/install team. They were careful, knowledgeable and when the gas hose I was sold had the wrong coupling, which could have cost me a plumbing bill, these guys got me the right size cable and completed the install. Super in my book.
