The installation was professional ,very careful & even took their shoes off as to not get my floor dirty. Great job!

Not great. The delivery guys pretty much dropped the stove in place, connected it and said SEE YA. Didn't ensure it was level.

Was under the impression that this was a full install but it was no were close. I ordered the range online with install. They dropped off the range damage and set up for natural gas. When placing the range the did so that my wife didn't not the damage. The corner of the range was hit so hard that it wouldn't fit into the cut out of my previous range, which was the small make and model just a different year. They also just left me the hose to connect the LP line with out teflon tape. Need less to say it required a lot of work to make my range work.

The installers who came out to finally install our gas range were great. They were friendly and super efficient. love having TotalTech!

Simple attachments, but you must follow instructions. The Best Buy installers were not familiar with the GE kit and had a hard time. They even installed it backwards at first, so that the dryer sat back 1 and a half inches from the front. We swapped it back to the correct positon after they left.

Great job quick and prompt left no mess and hauled away old stove

The installers were very friendly and efficient. Setup was relatively quick they cleaned everything up when they finished.

While installing the stove they found a gas leak underneath the floor in my kitchen. I was able to get it fixed while they were in home. I am thankful I had them come in to install

I can't speak highly enough of Dan's and Mike's professionalism and efficiency when installing my new stove. Very fine, polite young men.

Early in the morning the deliver & install in couple of minutes

The installers who came to my home were great and worked efficiently to install my new range. However they realized that somehow they had he wrong bracket, so my range is now not properly secured.. and could be potentially dangerous. They left the wrong bracket and suggested I go get the proper one and secure the range.. but that’s why I paid for installation!

I'm actually glad I paid for this service, just because it's my first time buying an appliance of my own. Although I could of probably have done it myself, it gave me peace of mind having a professional install it. The two young men who delivered it were pretty nice.

The two gentlemen who installed and hauled were amazing. We have actually had them out when we had a refrigerator delivered. They were extremely polite and professional. I definitely recommend.

The Best Buy installation crew are second to none. They show up on time, do their job efficiently and correctly, clean up when they are finished, and clearly explain how to operate your new purchase.

I couldn't say enough about the delivery/install team. They were careful, knowledgeable and when the gas hose I was sold had the wrong coupling, which could have cost me a plumbing bill, these guys got me the right size cable and completed the install. Super in my book.
